We had a house fire on Oct 11 2024. Ten arrows was with us from the get go and did an incredible job. Their remodel is way above par and they got us back in our home as fast as they could! My family
Is super blessed to have them at the helm leading the way through all the insurance issues! I only gave 5 stars because that was as much as it let me do! They deserve more than 5 stars!!!!

Huge thank you for the quick response when I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling the other night. The repair held up well yesterday when we got 2 more inches of rain. Will happily call again when it is time to do the full replacement of this roof.

This company is the best they replaced the roof on my old house in a timely manner and did a great job. Last night we had damage from the hail storm they came out and patched my roof the very next day in the rain they are professional and great at what they do.

It’s been a pleasure working with them. Answered all questions about the estimate. They work hard with insurance adjusters. With the damage we had it was unbelievable how fast the job was completed. 12 rafters had to be replaced along with the roofing in a day and a half. Our shingles had been discontinued and they found enough to get the job done. The drywall people completed in one day under not so good conditions, and the painters did a fantastic job.
If we ever have a problem in the future we’ll be sure to call them.

I wish there were more stars than just five! What a great company to work with! Cody was so professional, so attentive. He stayed in close contact by phone and text, notifying me of each step along the way (as well as promptly responding to my concerns), looked me in the eye when speaking to me, never missing a beat. He stepped up to the plate, reassuring me as I tried to make sense of this new (for me) experience. He dealt directly with my insurance company (who, BTW, also speaks very highly of Ten Arrows!) concerning all covered work. Every detail was addressed, all questions were answered (in my case, more than once and each time very patiently!). The work crew was friendly and did a beautiful job! This is a company that knows what it's doing when it comes to serving its customers. I will be talking to them in the near future about extending my roof over my patio, because, guess what -- they do construction too!

When the windstorm from Hades swept across Oklahoma my not-very-old roof ended up missing shingles and experiencing lifted edges. I contacted Ten Arrows and they showed up quickly, gave me a quote, and promptly fixed everything. I didn’t even know they had been here until I looked at my roof later in the week and realized it looked perfect! They’re like stealth roofers with super skills. Thanks for a painless, easy fix!

Called 10 arrows out to inspect my roof after the wind storm and while I didnt have enough damage to file a claim they were able to give me a reasonable quote and were able to repair my roof while I was away from home the same day without needing payment in advance. I was very satisfied with their work when I made it home and would strongly encourage you to call them and give them a chance if you have any roofing needs.

Excellent experience. Our chimney flashing at its roof line was corroded and leaking. A cricket to direct roof water away from the area as well upgrading the flashing was installed which solved the leak. Prior needed chimney repairs from top to bottom done by others were needed, but the cricket was key. Great work repairing the chimney leak.

They had a list of people that was before me so they went to quick patch my roof. Everyone in tem Arrows specialized in something else, yet the work in unison. Also I'm not easy to please. This company is amazing, I can’t say that loud enough! Everyone listen up! If you want a quality job done right the first time then, your best option would be with Ten Arrows Roofing! In 2019 we had storm damage to our home in TuttleOklahoma. The roof and gutters were damaged. Rob and his team worked with the insurance adjuster to point out all the damage that occurred. After evaluating the damage Rob found my decking was no longer in code. This was a blessing that he pointed this out to the adjuster. We ended up with new decking ,roof and gutters. Also during the installation of the new roof Rob found several issues/ requirements that the previous roofing company left off to cut corners. For instance drip edging. So fast forward to August 2024. We moved to Eufaula Oklahoma for our retirement home. We encountered a storm with 90 mph winds in June 2024. Insurance company was slow getting the damage accessed. I called Ten Arrows Roofing again and unbelievably Rob and his son Cody started a business in McAlester Oklahoma. Cody came out immediately and covered the damaged roof until my insurance company showed up. We had damage to our roof, ceiling and floors due to water damage. Rob generously drove from Blanchard Oklahoma to our house in Eufaula Oklahoma to work with the adjuster. He drove over 300 miles (round trip) to ensure we were taken care of. I cannot express how grateful my wife and I are to know a company that went this far out of their way to ensure we were taken care of ! The crew to fix the roof and the crew that was sent to repair all the internal damage was outstanding! So do yourself the best favor you can do for yourself without any regrets . Very happy with Ten Arrows Roofing. Had our roof/guttering/some hail damaged siding/sky lights replaced and metal building damage repaired this last year. Which they determined we didn’t need a whole roof replacement, only a few shingles replaced, this saved us from a very long process of going through insurance. They were very patient with us as we finally made our decision on what product to use on our roof, but once we did decide, they were immediately on the project. When all the products arrived, they began work and due to a chance of rain the following day, they got an extra crew out to finish our whole roofing project in one day. They were very thorough in the completion and the clean up around our house. The whole crew was in constant communication with us to make sure that the project was completed to our ultimate satisfaction. Their communication with us prior to, during, and after completion of the roof install was outstanding.

Rob at Ten Arrows roofing was outstanding to have our work done by he and the solar company coordinated a joint effort to get the panels off in one day the house reroofed the following day and the solar panels back up and running on the 3rd day talk about expedited service.

We just had our second home roofed by Ten Arrows, & I can’t say enough good things about this company or their work. Ransom was up on our roof the day after a huge hail storm, & he was back for the inspection with a third party inspector our insurance company sent, & again for a re-inspection with our actual adjuster, where he fought for us after the first tried to downplay the amount of storm damage we had. Camron went SO far above & beyond to make sure we had exactly what we wanted, & handled every detail with our insurance - she made it so easy on our end! Storm season in Oklahoma is obviously crazy busy for roofing companies & TA is local to us, so after several damaging storms in our community this spring she is swamped (I’m not exaggerating, her phone NEVER stops ringing), & she still managed to make me feel like our home was high priority. Ransom & Camron both came by the day their crew was here, making sure everything was done in ONE DAY!! We have a large house with a steep roof, & every one of our neighbors have gotten new roofs since that hail storm & theirs all took 2-3 days, so that’s what we anticipated - but with a toddler, keeping the noise contained to one day was such a huge, unexpected convenience for us. It’s the details & the extra behind-the-scenes stuff where they really take care of you that sets this company apart & makes them stand out from the rest.

These guys came over and fixed issues I had with a new roof that was put on by another local company! Not because I was paying them a bunch of money but because it was the right thing to do, and the other company would not stand behind their work! I only wish I would’ve used 10 Arrows to install the roof instead of the other local company! 10 Arrows roofing has the best customer service and came highly recommended from a neighbor when they heard of my issues!
