I want to share my amazing experience navigating this challenging process of restoration, claims, and insurance!

Last May 2024, my property was severely affected by a windstorm. I had missing shingles in different areas of my roof, a few broken windows, and the garage door was affected too.

I called my insurance agent, and he told me not to file a claim because the damage looked minimal and my deductible might end up being higher.

I was really blown away when I saw my neighbors' properties with the same or even less damage, and there were people already doing inspections.

I took a look on Google to find a good company and found A Plus A Construction and Roofing.

After I called them, it only took two hours for them to show up. They did a full inspection and immediately started the mitigation, which is super important for any homeowner.

They really knew their stuff and helped me with my claim.

I filed the claim, and on the day the adjuster showed up to do the inspection, they came to meet my insurance representative.

At first, my insurance didn’t approve the replacement of my roof and only paid for repairs, so what happened next was a miracle.

A Plus A Construction and Roofing filed an appeal and showed them how extensive the damage was to my home. I truly believe this amazing crew was kind and respectful to my insurance rep, did their job, and in the end, my insurance paid for everything!

Now my property has a brand new roof, a brand new garage door, and my windows are replaced. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and I recommend them 100%!

Después de recibir el primer cheque, ellos gestionaron la solicitudes y evidencias para solicitar un pago mayor por parte d el seguro con la finalidad de restaurar cada elemento dañado con esta tormenta.

El resultado fue excelente, tengo nuevo Roof, de donde se bajaron 24 solar paneles Gutters, window screens, puerta de garaje y una nueva cerca.

Lo mejor de todo este proceso es que toda la restauración inició un día martes y para el jueves ya estaba todo terminado, incluso los solar paneles ya estaban colocados de nuevo.
