A-Plan Construction

This company should not be trusted. We own a home in Sycamore, Il. and hired Frank to repair drywall and paint rooms in our home. He was nice in the beginning as he was biding the job. We told him what rooms to paint and what drywall to fix and we were clear on what to do. dry wall was poorly done, quickly done with poor quality. Painting was ok but they painted the wrong room and even told our renters that they painted the wrong room. Once we found out that they painted the wrong room, he argued with us that a formal living room was a family room and a family room was a great room. he refused to correct his mistake and wanted to charge another $1500 for him painting the wrong room. He hung up the phone on our conversation and said he didnt care about us writing a review. i have the estimate that he sent me stating he would paint our family room and kitchen and we only got ceiling in kitchen and a room that did not need painted at all. he called me stupid that i should have known it would cost more to paint family room because the ceiling was higher. Do not use this company!!!!!! Frank will rip you off and not bat an eye about it. Buyer beware!!!

A-Plan Construction waterproofed my basement, and did so in an affordable manner. I was so impressed with their work, I had them return to fix my damaged soffit and fascia issues that I had. Give them a call, they do quality work.

Spoke with Frank on a Friday about coming to look at my small bathroom that I needed some drywall work done in. We agreed on Monday evening because he had another estimate in my town and said he could come before or after his 6 o'clock appointment, i said after would work fine. When I got home Monday afternoon I called Frank to let him know I was home early and if it worked better for him he could stop by before his 6 o'clock and he said he would be over around 5:45. He never showed up and never called.
I'm assuming that since he has so much work that he doesn't need to show up to appointments, he wouldn't mind you calling someplace else.

Repaired some ceiling damage in my garage. Fast repair, good quality work and materials. Under budget. Will be the first place I call in the future.

I had Frank trench a line for me. He stuck to all the rules and did a great job! Thanks A Plan.

A-Plan did a phenomenal job on my roof. They were friendly, professional, and on time. The left my property in great shape after the job as well. Thank you A-Plan!

I LOVE my new bathroom that these guys did. I invited them back to remodel it after doing our roof. I'll definitely call them back when a new project arises.
