I asked for an estimate for a portico on the entryway to my house. The soonest I could get an appointment was a week later. I sent pictures of what I was looking for which no response. The day of the appointment resulted in a no-show. I would never do business with a company that treats customers or potential customers like this.
We had a bathroom layout that wasn't ideal for us and on top of that we actually had a cracked bathtub in our master bathroom. We needed to replace the tub and we knew it was more involved than just a quick replacement. We did look at other contractors but a lot of the ones we found in the area were doing one day replacements for a shower or a bathtub. They weren't going to do the whole remodel that we wanted. We chose Aaron because we knew him from some Mission work that we've done, and we know he's done quality work and he would do the right thing. So, we were excited to reach out to him and see if he could do some work for us. The design process overall was great. We started with a small, dank bathroom with dark corners. We were able to open that space. We had a vision in mind. Aaron and the designer worked well with us to help us understand what that would look like. They set us up with the right people in the right stores to pick out the materials and tile. It helped us better picture what it would look like and understand quality versus the cost trade-off for both look and style. What impressed me most with A. Leigh Construction was the communication and being involved every step of the way regularly letting us know what contractors were coming out and what the next steps were. If there was something that wasn't done to the quality that we wanted there was no hesitation in reaching out and getting somebody back out to fix it. Another thing that I liked about Aaron specifically is that he would do odd jobs between subcontractors so that we could keep the project moving forward.
