Have had work done twice from this company. Wish could give them 10 stars. A+ service and responded very quickly to get my problem resolved.

Edited: After submitting my initial review, the company demonstrated an impressive commitment to customer satisfaction. They promptly responded and sent a representative the very next morning—on a Saturday—to address the concerns I had raised.
It is important to note a key detail regarding their service description. When they state, “Replace all flashing (pipes with lead boots, walls, chimneys),” this does not, and legally cannot, include exhaust vents for HVAC appliances. These components require specialized attention due to licensing regulations for HVAC technicians.
While there may have been some shortcomings in supervising employees during the original roof installation, the company’s proactive and responsive approach to my feedback more than made up for those issues. Their dedication to ensuring a positive customer experience is evident in the swift action they took following my review.

I haven’t been able to tell how well they Clean and re-nailed guttering since we haven’t had a good hard rain. It appears that the exhaust vent for the gas appliances was not replaced. One corner appears to be curved up. I’ve only found ten roofing nails.

We had a very small job that needed to be done for a home inspection and all told, from phone call to email to job done, it took them 2 days. Unbelievable how quick and efficient Darrel was. We appreciate it and hope to use you again should we need your services!

In April, I contacted AGR for an inspection due to the recent storms and Lane followed up quickly to get the process started. After the inspection, Lane let me know my gutters also had damage and needed replacing. He explained everything to expect about the process.

We began the replacement process and everything was completed in early June and looks amazing. Everything went as expected and I greatly appreciate AGR and Lane for making the process smooth and painless.

We were very pleased with the work that they did on our roof. Very clean, no leaks. They were efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. Would recommend!

We are blown away by A Godsend Roofing. We are unfortunately victims of the Lexington Blue fiasco. When I explained to Brad, a point person at AGR, that we had signed over $5,800 to Lexington Blue in September 2024 and then had zero work completed, he was more than sympathetic. He explained their process, including their incredibly rare and helpful in-house payment plans, and he sent me a quote within a day. We got quotes from two other companies, but AGR was the best price and also threw in significant upgrades for free. Within a week of agreeing to their contract, we HAVE A NEW ROOF. Unbelievable. Would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this company! I had my roof blown off on 2023 in the Lexington windstorm. Even though they and other companies were helpi h almost every resident in the city, they made me feel like I was the only client. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and sooo easy to work with. What should have been overwhelming and devastating for me was eased by their tip notch customer service, reliability and quality workmanship. I would use them for alll my future needs!

I was very concerned after having an intense storm hitting my home and finding water coming in a window. I called and they were here 45 minutes later to see if the problem was coming from my roof. The issue was found and is going to be addressed. To have a response so quickly was/is such a blessing!

We recently had our roof replaced after the last wind storm tore off several shingles. Brody was very nice and knowledgeable. He came out quickly and got us an estimate for repairs and replacement. We got on the schedule very quickly and had our new roof installed. He replaced any wood underneath that needed replacing and did a great job putting the gutters back up. The yard was also spotless afterwards. The overall cost was very reasonable also. This was a great experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company.

One week later, we had our other little city house roof evaluated. It also needed to be replaced so we had A Godsend Roofing do this job also. I really appreciated that they gave us honest feedback, which was evident when the roof was taken off. Some boards needed to be replaced and venting updated. Flashing also needed to be replaced. This company will give you a detailed list of what they are going to do and what it will cost. There aren't any surprises. They also came very quickly (the next day!) and early in the morning to get the roof replaced before the next big flooding rain storm. Once again, everything went smoothly. The old shingles were removed, boards replaced where needed, flashing and venting updated. The yard was cleaned up nicely afterwards.

After two huge projects in one week, I would highly recommend A Godsend Roofing.

I was so, so nervous about getting my roof replaced. I knew it was going to be expensive and I put it off as long as possible. I wish I had someone to tell me to call Godsend from the beginning! I highly recommend A Godsend Roofing. I was a victim of the August 2024 storm and they had my new roof on my house in September. They did all the work just like they said they would do and they cleaned up everything. You could hardly tell they had been there other than the brand new roof. During a hard rain on the Friday before Labor Day 2024 we suddenly had water dripping from the ceiling. On a recommendation from my son I called A Godsend Roofing and the owner, Darryl answered (he didn’t identify himself as the owner, just the one on call) He saiid he would be out as soon as it was safe to get on the roof. He came out the next day, climbed up on the roof, found the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. We had very hard rains later that day (same day the UK football game delayed) but no drips! Thanks Darryl and Godsend Roofing!

We are pleased with the outcome of our experience with A Godsend Roofing. They came out on the agreed upon day and time, and they explained the process step-by-step. We worked with one person with the exception of the gentleman I spoke with several times about scheduling our roof replacement.
We picked them based on the quality of service I received while helping another family member get their roof replaced several years ago.
Now that our roof is completed, I have them helping with another family member who needs a roof replacement.

I have had three different house since 2016 and had to get a roof on each house. I have used A Godsend Roofing each time. They exceed expectation. They are excellent communicators and reliable.Their response time is quick and when they are finished, the clean up is impeccable.

Godsend Roofing did an outstanding job on our almost 100 year old home in Chevy Chase. After the windstorm in April, Brad assessed the damage, worked with our insurance, and kept us in the loop for the whole process. The work was done in one day and all debris was cleaned up nicely. We’d choose Godsend again any day.

Darrell was awesome in helping us navigate the insurance claim process as our insurance was being very stubborn. Darrell advised us to remain patient and that patients turned into full roof replacement. His crew was nothing short of marvelous getting the work done and my family is 100% pleased!!!!!!

We had wind damage to our roof and our insurance company approved the work. I contacted 2 other roofing companies who responded to my call but never came back and never called to explain why I hadn't heard from them. The case (and my roof) went unresolved for almost a year until I called Darrell (on recommendation of my brother-in-law). He was out that day and kept in touch while the insurance company dragged its feet.
When we finally got the "go ahead", the crew from
a Godsend came out and instead of tearing off the old shingles by scraping them off and pushing them off over the edge, they pulled them up and carried them over the edge to make sure they did not land on my wife's flower beds. When they were done getting all the old shingles and nails loaded on the truck , one worker stayed behind with a leaf blower getting every bit paper etc, out of bushes and flower beds. Their attention to detail was impressive. The roof looks great. They also have an amazing warranty on labor.

Contacted multiple companies for a new roofing estimate and Godsend was the only one who offered to come out and meet the insurance adjuster to review their findings. They showed up early to start and finished the job in one day and even had someone come out the following day to check the site to make sure that everything was at it should be and no extra nails or debris was left behind. Would absolutely recommended and use them again in the future if needed!

You made a major house repair feel manageable. Brody was understanding and helpful every step. He helped with the insurance claim, explained the process, called when there was a delay with the color I chose, called to make sure I was satisfied with the finished roof and helped the processing of the claim when all was completed. The men doing the repair were finished in a day. Tarps were spread all around the house. All debris was picked up and gone when they left. A fantastic crew. I would recommend them to anyone. A Godsend Roofing worked with us to replace our roof after the early March windstorm, when roofers were being flooded with calls to repair damages across the city. Darrell was always polite on the phone and told us not to worry, they would take care of everything. He actually came out himself to temporarily patch the damages while we waited through the insurance claim process. Then Brody came to the house to meet me and the insurance adjuster and worked directly with our insurance to submit all the required paperwork, both before and after repairs were completed. The roofing team worked like a well-oiled machine, completing the entire removal and replacement of our roof in one day - and thoroughly cleaned up all debris. A Godsend Roofing came out and put a new roof on our office building in ju9st one day. The workers were very gracious and you never would have known they were here. Not one speck of debris was left. Had a leaking roof that was causing damage to a ceiling. Called on a Saturday and they came out within 1 hour and gave me repair quote. They then had the roof repaired by Monday. The quote was half of what another roofing company gave me and the other company had me waiting over week with no communication on when they would repair the roof. Going forward I will use Godsend Roofing for any and all my roofing needs.

They arrived when the Rep said they would at 6:00 AM and were through at 3:00 PM. They removed the debris and did a good job.
