Working with Robert and A Francis Contracting was such a great pleasure. Every client of his we spoke to had great things to say about the process of building a home with A Francis! My wife and I look forward to building our dream home from scratch with Robert.

We requested Robert services at the beginning of June for an assessment of roof repairs/replacement of a commercial property we are purchasing in Winchendon. He appeared to be knowledgeable and professional when we met for the assessment. However it was a huge disappointment and please BEWARE! He knew we needed the assessment report done during that week and ASSURED us that we will receive it. The days went by and he didn't send anything as promised. My husband left numerous VM and talked to him in several occasions requesting the assessment. Every time he said that he will send it to us. After almost 3 weeks of this ordeal he stopped answering our calls. My husband called him one last time and in a very short talk with a sudden "bad connection" he said he was not going to do send it and very rudely hung up on us. He could have told us this from the beginning...at least after the first week but he completely ignored us and LIED to us. He pretended to be this "reliable contractor" but he is not. He could have been honest and given us time to look for another contractor but he chose to screw us up. Please please DO NOT TRUST this individual. I will make sure I warn in every social media source where his name appears about his unprofessionalism. He cost us time and jeopardized our bank application. People like this individual do not deserve our hard earned money!
