Jim and his crew at A Call Away Roofing were awesome to work with! Jim came out and gave us a prompt estimate on what it would cost to replace my parent's leaking roof. The quote was reasonable, and Jim also provided an estimate on what it might cost if we needed to replace several sections of the roof sheathing where the leaks were occurring. Jim patiently walked us through the entire process. The crew arrived at the house right on time on the planned date and immediately went right to work putting down protective coverings on both the front and back porches. Jim had originally estimated that the project would take 2-3 days (5 days with weather delays, which fortunately there weren't any), but the crew finished the entire job in less than a day and a half. We ended up having to replace 4 panels of damaged roof sheathing and the crew photo documented each panel and even set them aside for us to examine. They did an exceptional job of clean-up following the job and besides the new roof there was little evidence that a roofing crew had been there! We were extremely pleased with my parent's new roof and our experience with Jim and his crew. They were professional and transparent throughout the process and the work was completed at a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Great experience and great job!

Jim was very honest, knowledgeable, communicative and the best quote I received. His crew was quick, efficient and they cleaned up great behind themselves.

I had four estimates done to replace my roof. I narrowed my choice to 2 roofers. Although Jim wasn't the cheapest of the 2, he was very professional, answered all my questions, and provided excellent references. The ultimate tie breaker between the two was Jim is certified by the manufacturer. His team laid a covering around the house to catch all the shingles etc as they removed the old roof. Jim kept an eye on the whole process. When they were finished they not only checked my property for stray nails but also the adjoining neighbors' (It was very windy). It's been about a month and I'm happy with the outcome.

Jim and his team did phenomenal work on our new roof. We were replacing the roof as we were moving in and he was able to get the new roof completed before our move-in date, without us even asking! He works fast, has good relationships with material suppliers, and gave good, thoughtful advice particular to the needs of our project. Jim's customer service was excellent, and it is clear that he is committed to getting the best deal possible for his customers. When the job was finished, his crew cleaned up the site and you would never know they had been there, except for the shiny new roof! Lastly, I really appreciated that Jim was respectful to me as the customer and did not automatically defer to my husband, as many contractors tend to do. Next time we need a roof, we'll be calling Jim...and you should too!!!

My experience with this roofing company was nothing but top notch. I tried to work with two other roofing companies before this one, but the communication was greatly lacking. The communication with this company was A1 from the start. The work was finished quickly, they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and I love my finished product.
