A Better Way Roofing and Construction

Not a good experience with Mr.Hollis and Team bcse he promised quality work, clean site after wk is done( including no nails), and guaranteed leaks but on the contrary is what i had experienced and have pictures to verify leaks as well as nails since I got a flat. Mr Hollis failed to take responsibility and tried to blame his reason(s) for not standing by his word bcse of payment when I already paid him over $20k but eventually shared with him that he will not be hired to do any of the other work we initially agreed to were to total price came out from. His workers drove their loading trailer over my yard, thus causing damages to my yard and plumbing pipes. I also have leaks from one of the roofs his team had done. There was several leaks in my building although he did have a team to come out to repair some of them. Mr Hollis recently told me after I sent him pict of the nail from his roof service and flat tire that he was not going to repair anything else, trying to shift the blame(poor ethics), nor warranty my roof. Mr Hollis was paid over 90% of the initial payment he was charging me and that payment included wk that I later decided I would hire someone else to do since the quality of roof wk done by his team was not at all what Mr.Hollis had initially promised. Mr. Hollis reminds me of a "Good'ol" car salesman- definitely not trustworthy nor take accountability!!!

I called Hollis for a roofing job in Tulsa… not fully knowing he was based in OKC. He was able to come inspect my roof within 48 hours of my call when every other company told me it would be a week.

He was extremely polite, professional, and over explained the findings and process to me. He showed up for me when the insurance adjuster came, to ensure everything was in order and done properly (storm damage to roof). He walked me through the steps of getting this done with him/insurance and I never felt overwhelmed.

His guys who did the work on my house were also professional, polite, and did a fantastic job on my roof/gutters/fascia. They were timely, clean, and efficient at their jobs.

I feel like if I had gone with anyone else I’d still be waiting on it to get done and would have most likely been stressed/overwhelmed at the process.

Cannot recommend A Better Way enough- will be calling them in the future for any home-construction related needs!

Hollis and team are great and provide top notch customer service! They led us through the entire process of updating our roof, gutters and paint. Once the extremely efficient process was complete, it looked as if we had a brand new home! Thanks again to Hollis and team for the great experience and will definitely contact Hollis next time we need any other updates with our roof!
