Better Roofing Company did an outstanding job on our roof. Their bid was competitive and they gave a list of houses in the area that they had completed so we could view. This company is so professional. The roofers finished the job in two days. They did an amazing job. After the job was completed I was so impressed with the way they cleaned up . We got so many complements from neighbors walking by noticing the roof. The customer service is great. They answer the phone and answer any questions that you have about the job. I would recommend this roofing company.

A Better Roofing Company did an excellent job with installation of my new roof. Old roof was torn off, a few Sheets of ASB replaced, and then new roof installed. The best part of the deal, besides the nice new look, was that all old materials were totally eliminated (cleaned up) from our property. It looked as if no one had even been there. No damage to any of our plants or flowers! I highly recommend this Company.

We had a great experience with ABRC. Our house is small but older and we had some problems to solve along the way of the project. ABRC was always "can do" and quick to respond when I needed to contact them. They were our lowest bidder and we heard of other folks who used them and who had great experiences. The roof came out great and we highly recommend ABRC.

BRC is an amazing company. Very professional and honest. Showed up at 9:15 a.m. and the crew left at 4:45 pm - new roof and all cleaned up. Working with the office is easy and pleasant. Absolutely 5 stars - highly recommended.

Our experience with ABRC was positive and we highly recommend them. All appointments were kept, communication was excellent and to the best of our knowledge (I don't get up on roofs) the work was professional. On a larger house project they completed the job in one long day with a very hardworking crew. The price was higher than I expected but they were the only company to give us a firm quote so I couldn't compare. Other reviews say that the ABRC price was competitive so go with that!

Very low stress experience. The gave a very competitive bid. Booked about 4-6 weeks out. Got my old roof ripped off and replaced in one day. Did a good job cleaning up. Overall pretty easy to deal with. I did appreciate that they just charge you at the end and not hound you for pre-payments. Yes, strong recommendation.

Interviewed four different roofing companies and glad I went with this local provider. Professional, streamlined process from start to finish. On time and on budget. The install crew was in and out in one day. They did a great job cleaning up with no typical "roofer evidence" you read about left behind. The field supervisor came out on a separate visit to do a final walkthrough and make sure everything was tip top.

A great experience from start to finish. Rohillio and his crew did exceptional work. There was a defect in the Certainteed shingles that were being installed and Rohillio detected it and pulled defective shingles off that had already been installed. Alex at the front office arranged for a swap out of material and the job was complete with minimal delay. A Better was our choice out of 3 comparable quotes. It's always a bit nerve wracking trying to decide between 3 reputable and very similar proposals. I've used A Better Roofing Company for 3 projects over the last few years, a garage, a shed, and a house. They did a fabulous job each time, communicated effectively, completed the work timely and with first time quality, protected my plants/landscaping, and cleaned up after themselves better than any other roofer I've hired. They're not the cheapest, but their prices are fair and they provide good transparency about what's included, so I consider them the best value. I will happily use them again.

I had a very tight schedule for getting an estimate and then having a new roof installed this spring, and A Better Roofing Company worked hard to meet my needs. Amazingly enough, it was all done 10 days after Alex came to prepare the estimate! The entire process was easy and (relatively) unstressful, all my questions were answered, the crew did excellent cleanup afterwards, and I feel very good about the price for the quality of the work, as well as the 10-year warranty on they offer on the installation. I’ve used Better Roofing for two different jobs (years apart), and both were the best, most efficient repairs I’ve ever bid out. They are clear with their bids, clear with the work included, and extremely reasonable on price. They even let me pay with a credit card. I will only use Better Roofing for my roofing needs (but man I sure hope I don’t need them again).

When we found a leak in the roof of our new house, I turned to trusted friends and family for their recommendations on roofing companies. I got six quotes for my roof, ranging in price from $8,000 to $28,000.
A Better Roofing Company was not only the least expensive up front, I was able to upgrade my singles for less than the competition (~$500 vs. $1500, for the same shingles), their cost per plywood sheet was at least $10 less per board, and all of the other small things that add up cost less than their competitors. I was able to get upgraded shingles and tar paper weight for my roof with A Better for less $$$ than a base roof from their competitors.
Their customer service is top notch, their installation crew was friendly, and their clean-up was impeccable.
I highly recommend!

These guys replaced my roof and added ridge vents and intake vents on my roof in just one day, and did a great job. My only complaint would be the communication around what to expect in terms of billing and additional work that was needed. There was some parts of the roof that needed to be replaced at time and materials cost. While I'm personally not that concerned about what was a necessary additional cost, some people may be concerned with the lack of on site communication around that work. I'll tell you what, I wouldn't hesitate to refer A Better Roofing Company to anyone. Outside of that one minor thing I think everything else was beyond my expectations and they warranty their work so I feel confident going forward that I will be taken care of if there are any issues. A Better Roofing Company put a new roof on my home and they did a terrific job. When I needed an inspection before adding solar panels I called them. Daniel came out at the agreed upon time, did a fast, thorough inspection, delivering a verbal report assuring me the roof was in good enough shape for solar panels, mentioning details of the roof construction supporting his opinion. My father had some severe roof damage from the latest Winter Snow storm. His house is about 100 years old, well taken care of but some disrepair. I solicited bids from maybe 10 different roofers but A Better Roofing Company was the only one to not increase his price due to his old home, inflation, season and possibly him not understanding.

Their 10 year workmanship warranty is best in class. Alan asked us important and pertient questions like how long has the skylight been in place and how long did my father anticipated living there. Asking the right questions has always been important to me, Alan empowered us to be informed.

Very skilled and efficient workers. They took care to clean up after themselves and made sure to be mindful of his garden, also cleaning all debris. Overall, all the right combination of ingredients to ensure the customer is satisfied.

This company gave me the runaround and wasted weeks of my time. I set up an inspection appointment. (Appointments were running a few weeks out.) Their estimator no showed to the appt. I called, front desk said estimator would call back in 5. Never heard from him. I called back Monday, similar process. Promised a callback in a few minutes.

Estimator Daniel called back 3 hours later, blamed me for the issue contacting me, said they couldn't access or deal with our roof, didn't do inspections, said they would typically refer this job to a commercial roofer but didn't have any suggestions. I felt he was just saying whatever until I got off his plate... Totally unhelpful and borderline rude.

I was impressed with the good communication and follow-through. They did exactly what they said they would exactly when they said they would for the price agreed to with regular communication throughout the process to keep me updated. I never had to wonder what was going on. The crew was fast, clean, and professional.

Great locally owned and operated business. The entire team is so professional and was incredibly understanding and flexible when one of our other subcontractors was running way over schedule, preventing A Better Roofing from starting their work as scheduled. Thank goodness for their professional handling of a stressful situation for us to be caught in! The roof looks amazing and the install impeccable. They left the yard pristine (as pristine as a totally destroyed-from-other-construction yard can be). The estimate appointment, installation, and walkthrough/inspection were all done efficiently and thoroughly. The price quoted for the job was accurate and mid-range for the quotes I had received from various vendors. I have had no problems with the new roof since it was installed.

The roof on my garage blew off during one of the winter wind storms. A Better Roofing Company was great to deal with. They came when they said, gave us a really reasonable estimate, and did a temporary repair before we even agreed to the work.

A week later we called back to agree to the estimate. They were realistic with their scheduling and accurate with their estimate. My insurance even complimented them for not engaging in seasonal price gouging.

From the consultation to the actual roof installation and follow-up, A Better Roofing Company was responsive, respectful and professional. Solid value, the crew was so respectful when on site and took care to clean up after themselves and put sheeting down to protect the yard. one thing i did not like was that they finished on a friday at 2pm and the dumpster was left in our driveway until monday morning as well as a few sheets of wood and equipment. i was not told this would likely happen, and while it wasn't a big deal, i would have appreciated a heads up. i'm sure this was not their first job that ended on a friday afternoon. That being said, I would recommend them to others.

A Better Roofing Company did a fantastic job on my new roof. Alan was terrific with the estimate and getting me all set up. I had an actively leaky roof and they weren't able to schedule me for a few months but they came and nailed down plastic sheeting to stop the leak in the meantime. Day of, they arrived promptly and got to work, and 5 hours later the old roof was gone, new roof was on, and you could hardly tell anyone had been here. Unfortunately the delivery truck had to drive on my parking strip to deliver the shingles and created some pretty deep ruts in the lawn, but they are delivering dirt to repair this. Roof looks great, and I couldn't be happier!

Prompt, professional, fast, excellent work, no leaks as far as I can tell. Replaced tiles, quite a few roof boards, fascia boards, the roof was not horrible but not good. If you have a difficult driveway, you may need to give some room by your curb. You will have a giant dumpster on property. Don't dump in it. The yard will get messy but they clean it all up really well. They work fast and are courteous. And...the price is great. They social distance and wear masks but I'd try and leave em alone to do their job. Let them focus. I highly recommend them. I have not been paid, nor received a discount or any other benefit or renumeration for this review. I'm open to questions about the work.

Great company. Great pricing and excellent follow up service... Did an emergency same day storm repair for one family member and gave us a free opened box of 3 tab five years after they did our roof so we could match a skylight install.

We have used A Better Roof for a new installation, pest inspection and a concern during the recent snowstorm. Mike has come out quickly and is alway on time and super helpful and generous with his time. We have had a very good experience with this company and will use them again .

Out of the three bids they were the cheapest so you do get what you pay for as far as service. Their responsiveness and professionalism are horrible. They didn't show up on the date I scheduled with their employee Paul. The response I received was sorry but that's not the date we have on our schedule. When I asked their employee Paul what happened he said that he didn't know and that he had the same date I did, and again he was sorry also. They did the roof extremely fast, less than a day and a half which I'm not sure is a good thing but only time will tell on that hopefully its fine. Once the workers left I didn't hear from the company for another week to schedule payment which seemed weird to me. They should learn to treat their customers better.

A good value, honest and reliable. Estimator was thorough in answering all questions and listened to our concerns. Materials delivered ahead of time and respectful of my and neighbor’s property. Roofers safeguarded our landscaping - no damage done to my beautiful garden. Job started on-schedule. Final cost of roof did not exceed estimate. Front Office maintained great communication and very helpful. Personable General Manager visited after the job was completed to answer any questions and deliver warranty.

I didn't have any issues with my roof at the time, but called several companies about 2 years ago. A Better Roofing Company was the only one that said I could go another year or so with the roof I had. The other companies were pressuring me to get it done then. It's been about two years and I called A Better roofing company because they were honest and reasonably priced. I was very pleased with they guys that came to do the roof, professional, clean and nice to chat with. It was done in 2 days, dumpster came and went quickly. The guys cleared all the debris before leaving the first night as well as the final day. Working with Michael was a pleasure! And Teresa was always in contact with me to let me know what was going on before, during and after.

Their quote came in well under every other bid that we got from their competitors. I was slightly concerned that a cheaper bid would mean I was sacrificing workmanship, which was not the case. Their work exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Our roof looks great and they stayed within the time frame they quoted.
