They finished in record time. Cleaned up the yard really well. I have dogs and was worried about the trash from the replacement of my roof. They took time to clean up so well I had no problem putting them in the back yard. I very please with the quality of work

Their quote came in $3000 less than the closest competitor. But they still performed the same quality of work without degrading the roofing shingles. I am very pleased with A-1 Roofing. I own a rental property in Tuscaloosa. I called Lance at A-1 for a leak in the roof. He went out and looked at the roof and told me he knows right where the water is coming and he said he could fix it for $1000. He also said before he did any work I had to prepay him since I lived in another state. He told me once he got the check he would be out within 2 days. I was leery about that, but I understood his point. I pre paid him and it took him a couple of weeks to get to the house. He had many excuses. He texted me and told me the repair was complete. The first rain, the tenants contacted me and said the roof was still leaking. I contacted Lance and he told me he would get back out there. Again it took a couple more weeks until he made it back to the house. Again he told me he took care of the leak. The next rain same story, roof still leaking. He claimed he went back and fixed it again. After 6 weeks and the roof still leaking,
I texted him my frustration and asked for $500 dollars back. He told me he would send me $350 dollars back. This was on Sept 24th. I have asked him several times where the check is. He always said it was coming until the last inquiry when he told me if I wanted it I would have to go get it. I am out $1000 and had to pay someone else to fix the roof. DO NOT USETHIS COMPANY!!!

Solid experience with A-1. Quick response to phone calls, showed up when promised, and completed the job quickly and professionally. Can already tell a difference with the vents installed.

Paid this company to repair a leak as well as put cool coat on roof. That was 12/28. Roof leaked the next day. Kept asking him to fix it but he would not. In feb paid someone else to fix the leak. His excuse was he didn't want to come back out. Beware of a1

A1 roofing is a top notch business that is insurance approved.! I knew of someone who found a cheaper place then had troubles from storm damage. Insurance wouldn’t pay for repairs because the job was done so sloppy. They got poor quality for the money they spent. A1 roofing jobs are approved for the quality of work they do and they guarantee the work even if it has been over years since they did the job. You can find cheaper with poor quality or you can spend a little more for good quality workmanship. I have multiple houses and wouldn’t use anyone else. I don’t have time to play around.

I contacted Mr. Pritchett late one afternoon about needing my roof done and he came out the next morning for an estimate (began work the following day y’all)! Him and his crew did a great job at getting my roof done quickly and they did it great!! Such a pleasure to do business with Mr. Pritchett. Please call him for anything you need done!
