Tyler and Ali Cash, owners of 99 Restoration, have an excellent product they install on the roof. Their team is competent and professional and clean up after the job is completed. Everyone was pleasant and friendly; a pleasure to do business with.

After deligantly searching for a roof repair company after the monsoon down pour. We read all the good reviews and gave 99Restoration a call. Jesus Rodriguez came by to inspect our roof and was thorough with the damage that was found and was patient and helpful with any questions we had. Jesus went above and beyond to help us get through the repair process. From the roofers to the person whom repaired the ceiling interior were very polite and professional. Thank you Jesus Rodriguez & 99Restortion.

Tyler and his team were amazing! The roof was repaired 1 day!! We were blown away with how quick we were able to contact, speak with Tyler, set up the appointment, and get the new roof installed. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roof work!!!!

Tyler & Ali are so friendly up front, but then they are all business. No courtesy or compassion for the elderly and disabled. Just the job is done, now pay. Text messages and their "portal." Which is a PITA. All we wanted was the pictures their foreman had taken because we cannot get up on the roof to see the work they did. Their foreman took a lot, they sent us 4-5. Not even final pictures. They knew we were disabled. On the other hand, their workers are GREAT. Especially Robert. Careful and polite and friendly. Keep in mind $120 annual inspection. Overall a good experience. Would have been great if owners were nicer. Maybe a tough month. Believe me it's been tough on my end as well. Also, if you plan to stay home while they do the roofing work, it is beyond noisy. Put some headphones on and rock out!

Tyler and his wife provided a new roof for my professional office building and it is a thing of beauty. The work was on time, well done, on budget and with a smile. The best skill Tyler demonstrated was his willingness to go toe to toe with the insurance company and make them pay for a new roof due to hail damage which costs about $55,000. Tyler got them to pay every penny. The insurance company had previously offered me about 10% of that amount and Tyler urged me not to accept that and allow him to deal directly with the insurance company. He was well informed about what the New Mexico law says insurance MUST DO and once he latched on he was like a bull dog telling the insurance company how they were not even in compliance with New Mexico law. If you are being jerked around by your insurance company Tyler and his wife are the roofing company of choice. They are great people to work with.....straight- forward, honest, hard working, fun to work with. Who ever heard of roofers being fun to work with?

Tyler and his wonderful crew did an amazing job on my roof and gutters. I was getting water leaks and he put on a new flat roof, new gutters and new soffits. Great work. Great price. Easy to deal with. Great communicators. A year later things are great, even after all this wonderful rain.

Brad of 99 Restorations handled a complete roof repair including dealing with the insurance company. As I was remote for most of the repair, Brad did an excellent job of communicating with me and sending me photos. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

I am grateful for 99 Restoration! After a recent wind storm I noticed something out of place on my roof and began to get anxious. I called them and they stopped by the next day! They put a tile back that had blown off and inspected the rest of the roof -- no charge! I have no hesitancy in recommending them and will be sure to call again when the need arises.

My house isn't that old, so I was surprised when I found water damage on the ceiling. I called a roofing company to come check it out, and after they took a look they said I had some cracks that needed repairing. I was quoted $800 to fix the leak, but they recommended I have them do additional repairs which included a warranty, totaling over $3k. I couldn't afford it at the time so I didn't have the leak fixed.

As winter came upon us I knew if I didn't get the roof fixed it would end up costing much more. So I searched around and found 99 Restorations. They came out and in just a few minutes on my roof, they found the cause of my leak: a bullet hole. A quick fix with some silicone was all it took. I got out my check book and asked how much, and they told me no charge. Wutt??!?!

I wasn't going to include the 'no charge' thing in this review, because I wouldn't want anyone else to expect free service, but I think it's important to express how honest 99 Restorations is, because honesty seems to be hard to come by in this city, at least in my experience.
