Bypass wasting your time with dealing with the new owner. Terence did a hand finally of jobs/repairs for us a various properties. All were acceptable at first but he did not complete the last job after receiving payment up front, then he lied twice about coming back. Again bypass 911 roofs

One of our skylights was leaking quite a bit (they were old & cheap and the leaking one was southern facing), so I had 911 Roofs replace both in 2021. They did a great job so I then had them replace our gutters and install gutter guards, also in 2021. Again, a great job! I just contacted them for an estimate to add a porch roof on the front of our house. I wish they did decks. I'd hire them to do the front.

Terrence with 911 roofs gave me more than i expected. He did a thourough check of my roof and took pics so i could see the scope of the work to be done. Once completing the repairs he took pics so i could see the finished product. I could tell he was a seasoned roofer, and he also gives useful advice.... WIN WIN!!!

We had some water leaking through our vent system and was advised by HVAC company to hire a roofer to come out. We contacted 911 roofing and they came out the next day and didn't see find anything wrong up in the roof. They were supposed to charge us a fee for coming out but they didn't and we really appreciate that. Thought they were professional and had good communication.

In 2016 I had Gene put a new roof on my home. Within 8 months roof started leaking. Not only did my roof leak, the man cave roof started leaking. Several of the guys came back out to patch the wood you see in pics. A worker stepped on sheet rock and cracked my ceiling during this time. Upon this, from where the roof started leaking. And my roof has never leaked nor my shed. It is starting to (ghost) mold growing along the beams and showing through my bathroom. I contacted Gene several times. And each time nothing was done and a young kid came out just to look both times and Gene never showed up. Last I spoke he didnt want to take responsibility and fix the issue. And took him two more times to fix my shed. Workers even said it was because one of their workers didnt know what he was doing. All young kids. Do not waist your time and money! Gene was a nice guy at first. And even after this post, I had several other people contact me about the work they had done to their home.
