911 Restoration of New Orleans

911 Restoration was excellent while restoring my property and contents! They also helped me work with my insurance to get my home/life back to normal after my fire loss. I would recommend them to anyone who needs restoration services.

I have just recently contacted 911 Restoration for damages from my oak tree branch falling onto my house during the recent ice storm. It caused an extreme amount of damage to the exterior and interior to my home. As of now, I am extremely pleased with Mike Benedic and the workers he has hired to take care of the water mitigation process, the removal of my huge oak tree and it’s debris, the entire process of getting my home ready for renovations needed in order for me to get back into my home, and lastly, him working closely with my insurance adjuster to make sure I get everything that is afforded to me for the renovations and restoration of my home.

Mike and his team were responsive and did excellent work. They were responsible at the work place and respected our space under difficult circumstances this year. We would recommend them without hesitation.

I called 911 Restoration when my house flooded , Mike Benedict the owner was out with a crew within a hour . Their team was very professional, I would recommend this company to anyone . Thanks for all the help . Robert
