This company is awesome! I had an unfortunate circumstance where sewage got into my basement where my backflow preventer didn’t do its job. After calling multiple places this place had the best rates. Jake, the owner, was so helpful. I found out my insurance wouldn’t be covering the damage, which I told Jake. They cut the cost down even more and he let me do a payment plan. I would highly recommend this company! Also if I ever had to use them again, I would.

Thank you 911 Restoration for rescuing me!! After the washing machine had flooded the upstairs and came through the downstairs ceiling - I was overwhelmed. These guys came in, moved all my furniture (very organized - no scratches on my hardwood floors!) and set up a an area covered with plastic to dry out the ceiling. Upstairs, they moved the furniture cut the carpet area and had heaters and fans drying out that floor. They were so amazing how they kept their work so clean and left both rooms still livable. The reconstruction is next, but seeing how well they work, I feel like I am in good hands.

I have recently left another restoration company and joined the family run and operated company of 911 restoration.
This company actually cares about quality and Custumer service , not just the check.That's what sealed the deal for me.After seeing first hand how Custumers are treated elsewhere I new it was time to move on .

They arrived within 45 minutes of my call, extracted the water, and dried us out. I was impressed when they set up plastic walls to keep all of the dust in their work area. Zach was the crew chief and he was very polite and respectful.

I can't say enough positive things about Jake at 911 restoration so far.. I have met with him on two occasions where he has been helping with so.e shady contractors that I hired after a fire.. I wish I had hired him to begin with..He seems very well educated in home restorations especially when dealing with insurance companies. Also I can only assume that his craftsmanship is top-notch from my conversations with him. I come from a Contracting background myself, so it was a good feeling to walk around my house and have him notice all the same things that I had issues with which leads me to believe that he would only perform A-Plus work as well.. I am going to continue to have some of the botched restoration fixed by 911 Construction and will leave another review at completion period. But I honestly think my next review will be five stars as well. Very hard to find trustworthy contractors these days I guess and I can vouch some say that he seems to be one of them.

They do a fine job cleaning up the mess, but don't hire them on to do the rebuild...they are not construction professionals. They promised licensed electricians and plumbers and DID NOT deliver. They did the work themselves, sub-par, and I had to get licensed people in after the work was complete to correct the situation. The job took forever to finish and they left a mess behind when they were done.

This guy is a scammer, likes to rip people off, tell customers complete lies because he doesn't want to do the work and have the mold come back I don't care what anybody says on the reviews saying oh they're awesome of course he's going to be awesome he's making a ton of money and he's letting everybody else do the work because he can't do anything himself ,, people are getting misled thinking they're doing a good job when really he's just scamming them I know I witnessed it dude is unbelievable

911 Restoration is incredible. Recently we had water coming through the sliding glass doors of our downstairs home. " This room was used for a storage area,and for access to the backyard." The water completely soaked the carpet and everything in the Room. The room was full of misc. stuff.

While other companies were booked out for 5 days. I called 911 Restoration and they were able come out that very day, within 3 hours after I placed the first phone call. The price they quoted was substantially less than their competition.

The workers arrived on time, and were very personable. Customer service was amazing, as well as how quickly they emptied out a very cluttered room. My family killed two birds with one stone, at a price far less than I thought I would have too.

My thanks to the workers and staff. This is one company that I will remember and use again if needed.

I would like to say thank you to 911 Restoration of New Hampshire for the quick and reliable service. My family had a overflow in the bathtub from our oldest son taking a bath, when I called to have somebody come out and take a look it was free of charge. They helped me get ahold of my insurance company and from there they took on the rest. At first I was very nervous but at the end I could not be happier that I hired 911 Restoration. I would defintely recommend their service to everybody.
