911 Restoration was prompt when our basement flooded. They were to our house to inspect the damage within 30 minutes and were back cleaning it up within another hour. Both workers were professional and easy to work with. They worked with our insurance to provide all necessary claim info and the process was easy. Would recommend this company to friends/family if they experience similar issues with their basement.

Great response time. We called Saturday afternoon and they were able to have someone come out and give a free visual mold inspection in under 90 minutes.

They were able to come out Sunday morning and get the work done. They came by today and checked on everything and picked up their equipment.

When I called all my questions and concerns were answered immediately. They were able to come out right away and give me an quote for the cleanup and removable of all damaged items. When my power went out no worries was told just call and they would be there to do the work when power was back on. The whole work crew was professional and courteous. My basement was cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom even the stairs to the basement.
