I hired a 2 man crew from 8AM-1PM. These guys were awesome! They got way more done than what was expected, they work fast and efficient. I told them that I was going to use some of the trees for firewood and they cut up one of the trees into smaller pieces (without me asking) so all I had to do was split it. All around great experience from beginning to end.

Very happy with 855 Treeman. They showed up on time and were prepared for every scenario. They worked hard, fast and safe. I recommend them.

Friends and neighbors recommended Alex at 855Treeman for his efficiency and ability to find solutions to difficult removal issues. We had three trees that were dead (two huge, one fairly small) and could have fallen on our house during the strong winds we were experiencing from summer thunderstorms. Alex was able to meet with us promptly, explain our options, address our concerns and provide a reasonable estimate for all the work to be done. We were scheduled for removal within a week, and when someone else canceled an appointment, Treeman was able to do our work even sooner. The work was done carefully and thoroughly, and the workers were friendly and efficient. All in all, the work was done entirely to our satisfaction, and we''ll certainly continue to use 555Treeman for any future tree removals we require.

I called on a Monday and their AI system took my message. I did not get a call back until Thursday and she said she had just got the message. I wait all week for a return call and she calls to say they can not come out until the following Wednesday. I told her that was long and that I would try back. She was nasty and unhung up the phone on me. Very rude customer service! I would not recommend them!

As always - great work! Had (another) tree removed. Estimate (by Brittany) was fair and reasonable. Team came on schedule, worked extremely professionally and quickly, were very respectful of my property and cleaned up everything. This is my second experience with 855Treeman, and both were outstanding. I've used two other firms in the last 15 years, but neither comes close to these guys and I'm staying with them.

Extremely skilled, professional, and thorough. We paid for the day rate, and the team was able to knock out all of the priority projects on the property and then moved on to additional projects with the time remaining. The 3 man crew was very efficient, and, with all of the equipment they brought, saved me several weekends of back-breaking labor on my own. Would absolutely use them again and again. From the quote, to the execution, and the cleanup and billing, I was very happy with the company.

Good work, no question about that. What I did not realize was the "3 Man Crew - Clock In Clock Out Discount" offer and how it was phrased: "...a total of 5 hours on the property." It took them about 25-30 minutes to set up and about the same amount of time for packing up and leaving, so you get about 4 hours of work for over $1K/hour. I would call them again; I may just need to clarify a few things.

TREEMAN’s salesman was very helpful and provided options ftom which to choose.
Their work was completed on the scheduled date/time according to the contract. Cleanup was exceptional and the crew was very polite and accommodating. I will definitely call on them again in the future when needed.

The crew was professional and very efficient. They cleaned up as they went. They consulted with us to be sure they understood exactly what work we wanted done before they started cutting. 855Treeman did a fantastic job for us. We had 2 crepe myrtle trees whose roots were damaging our gas tank. Treeman removed the trees and has made it easy for us to secure our utility. Plus they did needed cutting back of 2 other trees on the property. 5-star company!

The two men were very polite and informed of everything they were going to do. The lead crewman made sure i was always far enough away to keep me safe. The crew worked steadily for the entire five hours. The trees were were cut down and dropped exactly as agreed. Also, brittany, the job estimater told me the price and recommended I ask for the the 5 hours day plan. we agreed on a day the job would happen. The continual comunication between the estimater and me was why I chose 855-TREEMAN. The continual communication betwwen the lead crewman and me confimed I made the correct choice. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mr. Alex Wright’s Company and would not recommend their services. I hired them to remove two trees from my backyard and grind the stumps, a job that cost around $6,000. When I spoke to them, I was assured that the stumps would be ground down and the remains buried so the yard would remain level.

However, what they didn’t tell me was that they would leave behind massive mounds of wood chips—each about the size of a baseball or softball pitcher’s mound (over a foot and a half high). At the time, I lived in Texas, so I wasn’t able to inspect the work immediately. But when I finally saw it, I was shocked and disappointed.

I reached out to the company, expecting a simple fix. At first, they ignored me. After several follow-ups, I finally spoke with a manager who acknowledged my concerns. She agreed that this was not what I had expected and promised to speak with the owner. However, the owner refused to correct the issue. Instead, they told me that if I wanted the stumps properly removed, I would have to hire another company. Their only “solution” was to charge me another $1,000 just to lower the mounds they had left behind. (I stand corrected, it was not $2000)

This company does not stand by their work and clearly does not prioritize customer satisfaction. If you’re considering hiring them, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. I regret trusting them with this job, and I hope my experience serves as a warning to others.

Great professional crew! Wish was told about only one stump free for grinding. Not as advertised stumps up to 75 inches. Like the Clock-In Clock-Out concept, but one crew member on time then waiting on climber to show up and not working for the 4 hrs cutting trees. Had asked about trimming of two limbs but no time was left after cleanup.

We hired TreeMan to remove 3 large Tulip Poplar trees approximately 70 to 80 feet tall that were dangerously leaning towards our home the crew came in and started working promptly on time they never stopped working until they cleaned up and loaded their equipment
The crew were an impressive group of young men they all knew what needed to be done when they had a down time they would pickup a rake and cleanup the work site

Just moved to Bushwood in St. MARY'S COUNTY from Carroll County, MD. The tree service i was used to, in Carroll County would tear up my yard and i would have to spend more money to repair the damage.. Well, 855Treeman is completely different. You would not have known they trimmed all 4 of my trees using their heavy equipment after they were done. They put down thick plywood and got the job done and explained everything to us. Very friendly and professional from estimate to completion of job. You will be happy with their work.

Best tree service i have had done. It had rained heavily the night before. 855Treeman showed concern for damage to the yard. They took down several large trees. When they were done, they left the yard pretty much as it was when they came. They raked, leaf blew and even picked embed sticks from the yard. I just had a large oak tree trimmed and a leaning, dead pine tree dropped. The entire experience was outstanding. Chris showed up on time and provided a reasonable estimate and then helped me set up a two man crew to do the work. The crew showed up on time and did a professional, very thorough job of completing the work. They had all of the equipment needed to do the work safely, while protecting my property. 855TREEMAN did an exceptional job cutting down numerous trees on my property. The were very polite, professional, cleaned up their mess and completed the job in three hours. I could not get over how they got the trees down without hitting other small trees we planted. They were very careful not to let the trees fall on my pet cemetary which was right next to a large tree requiring removal. It had just rained the night before and the ground was wet. Based on my view of my property and the trees they cut down, I did not see any areas on the property with equipment tracks. They laid something down on the ground as they drove the equipment to the trees. Amazing. In fact, when I called the company to obtain an estimate, Chris, operations manager, arrived at my property within 30 minutes to do just that. He gave me an estimate right on the spot along with a military discount, which was mostly appreciated. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future as the need arises.

They were able to get a crew to come out here very quickly. Two man crew, really knew what they were doing, worked really hard, and got a lot done in only a few hours. The fella who came out with the stump grinder was amazing and did a terrific job. We had several very specific trees we wanted to get done, they took care of those readily, And cleaned up a whole bunch of other stuff. Did a great job cleaning up after themselves, and the property looks terrific. 10 out of 10 would hire them again.

If I had to describe my experience with 855 Treeman in just two words, they would be Experience and Professionalism. But this is a Google review, so only two words won't quite cut it.

From the quote to the cleanup, every person I dealt with in this company very obviously knew what they were doing and had a wealth of knowledge. The process of getting the quote was very easy. I met with Brittany and brought up a few concerns with the tree removal process on my property. She made sure to address them and take notes to let the team know on the day of the tree removal.

The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled work day and wasted no time in assessing the situation, coming up with a gameplan, and getting to work. The trees I needed to have removed weren't very far from my septic tank, and they made sure to steer clear as to not cause any damage.

The tree removal itself was fascinating to watch. Several large limbs needed to be brought down, and a series of ropes and pulleys were used to make sure they fell in the proper place. Mats were placed in the yard so the heavy machinery being used caused minimal yard damage.

I'm extremely happy with the work that was done from beginning to end, and I won't hesitate to call them again for any other work, and recommend them to others.

This is the second time we've used 855Treeman to cut down trees on our property. Just as the first time, they were very professional. This time, they removed 6 large trees, some right at our fence line, without damaging any of the fence or our property. Very impressive! They also trimmed several large branches from multiple other trees. They worked quickly and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. And they were very reasonably priced. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree trimming or removal.

Justin and his crew just left my house in Hollywood. They were cordial and asked me if I had any questions before they started trimming the Birch tree. Halfway through the job they stopped and asked me to survey their work. I had a few extra branches that I wanted trimmed on the neighbor's side and they did it without any discussion. The Treeman tree removal service did a prompt and very efficient cut down of a large tree in tenuous location. And they did it in the rain! Very pleased with the job and the price was fair. I would rate them a 5 and will most certainly use them again.

All I can say is WOW! Just like last time! Another amazing bunch of work beautifully done. Large branches hanging over the house were removed and other high up limbs on a number of trees were trimmed and the trees beautifully and selectively elevated. They were on-time, efficient, safe, with great equipment and a great crew of 4, and everything was all cleaned up when they left.

John and Justin just finished at my house. Had a tree cut down and 3 trees trimmed. They did an OUTSTANDING job. It looks GREAT! I was worried about having a lot of branches removed form the trees but John is very tree smart. He gave me some good advice and did a great job trimming the trees. I have a large garden under the trees and was worried that the plants could be damaged. No way. Not one plants was damaged. They also did a fine job of cleaning up my yard and the road. Definitely going to have them back to do some work in my back yard.

AMAZING !! I was waiting for them to come and expecting to hear a noise. Nobody had to move their vehicles or anything and they cleaned up everything amazingly I recommend them and I also did a reel for Facebook recommending them and how fast work was. Five stars and I would do 10 stars if I could.

Workers did a good job on the tree in the back yard. They were polite and hard working. However, after reading that they would put down mats to protect my yard from the “bob-cat” I was surprised to see that they didn’t and that I now have ruts in my yard. Trees in the front were supposed to be cut to ground level - they are several inches taller than expected. This is a very mixed feelings review.

I have used Treeman now on 4 different occasions for tree removal and selective trimming. I took advantage of using the “clock-in / clock-out with a 3-man crew to remove 2 - 90’ gum trees adjacent to the roadway and complete tree trimming around the perimeter of our residence within the allotted 5-hour timeframe. The clean-up was impeccable.

2nd time using treeman
Well this is my second review after calling treeman for another job. I called and Chris came out the next day, on time might I add. We walked the job together and Chris gave me different options to fit my budget. He suggested I might want to try the popular 2,3,or 4 man crew plus all the equipment for 5 hours at a fair set price. whatever you need done they will do under this plan. I agreed and was contacted by Katrina who was very nice and accommodating when setting up the schedule. My crew showed up (John and Robbie) two great guys professional and courteous. We walked the job together and then went to work. I gotta tell you all, we got a lot of work done in a short amount of time, leaving time for more trimming and cutting then I originally planned. So bottom line they haven't changed since my first job only got a little better by offering customers great services at discount prices. Thank you treeman !!!!!

2021 First Time
Very pleased ! I called treeman and got a human voice who was professional and courteous asking for an estimate. I had Alex come out the next day wow. Alex gave me a fair deal taking out 5 large trees 65-70 footers and trimmed up a few more. The crew that showed up (Chris,John,Al,Kyle,sam) all Americans in uniforms and plenty of shiney trucks and equipment to handle anything. The crew was on time courteous careful around the yard and house and very organized. Every man new there job and did it well. When they were done the yard and work areas were clean. If you want a professional job at fair prices and not have to worry about anything going wrong hire these guys you won't be sorry. Even if there price comes in a little higher then some other company's believe me you get what you pay for. In the past I hired another company who had no English speaking workers in t- shirts show up with minimal equipment that I had to watch constantly among other disappointments. So I will definitely say five stars treeman job well done!!!!!!!!

Treeman has been to my property multiple times in the recent past to cut down dead trees, perform stump grinding, trimming river birch trees and other arborist skills, all with reasonable pricing and a willingness to provide discount for veterans, medical personal etc… the other day they were across the street from my house taking down several large pines from a neighbors property. To make a long difficult story shorter I asked for an estimate to take down a medium size dead tree and several days later they sent out a young lady to provide that estimate. I told her they could cut it down and leave the wood on my property as well no stump grinding. With a 10% discount it was still close to $1400 dollars. She was unprofessional and unwavering in her estimate/ cost and spoke about training others to do estimates. The long and short of it was terrible professional representation , awful customer service and a disregard for a faithful returning customer. I found another professional tree service who completed the job from start to clean up in about 30 min. Grinding the entire tree into chips. Total cost… $400 dollars. I am totally disappointed in Treeman as they are not what they were as they have grown, charging higher prices and appearing less caring about customers who help them to grow in business. I cannot endorse them at present and do not recommend their services to others.

This should stand as a sad testimony to your integrity, honesty and personal character. You would down play the amount of times you have been to my property as well the work that was accomplished on those visit in such a way that you would try and justify the amount of monies I’ve paid,( No one gave “you” permission to put my personal business affairs out in the public.) compared to the recent estimate for the small job I requested.

Secondly, trying to discredit me in public by making statements that I’ve sent numerous emails, or that you’ve sent another person out to provide a job estimate alluding,that I am disgruntled or unreasonable,(I’ve never seen, spoken to or had any knowledge of anyone coming to my house other than the young lady who came out originally. And by the way, who gave you permission to send anyone onto my property and do anything without my knowledge and consent?) is misleading and dishonest. You are what you are and you’re not what you use to be…simply put, I would not recommend your business due to your demonstrated ethics and lack of integrity. “That’s my review of our recent experience”. If you were like what you were before, you’d be thanking me for another stellar review! But it is what it is…I added two of the paid invoices for work that I had done in 2021 and 2023. This shows the amount of work and cost from past work at my property. Again, I was asking for them to cut down a medium size single tree that was dead. Leave the wood on my property and no stump grinding. Their cost with discount was $1400. You can see the disparaging cost and the amount of work done in 2023 versus one year later in 2024 with one single tree request.

Thank you, Treeman. We like that you mark the trees with bright tape so there is never a question about the work to be done! The treemen are careful to protect the lawn. They work efficiently. We will call again.

My first project with 855TREEMAN was the removal two magnolia trees that flanked the house that were cut down to just the stumps....the stumps were removed...one HAPPY CUSTOMER.

My most recent project with 855TREEMAN was to cutback the Leyland Cypress trees that lined the property line. The decision to cut them back 4 feet from the house and to ensure the shed wasn't covered came after I had an inspection conducted (great idea for anyone thinking about having work done). One two man crew for half the day to include removal of the branches to the area behind my house was fair. This is one happy homeowner who in the future if tree removal or topping needs to be done, will be reaching out to 855TREEMAN.
