Staff was quick, polite, and cleaned everything up. Very very professional.
Even had progress photos from a drone that posted new photos every hour-ish at the click of a button!!!

If I could give more stars I would. Brian was my person of contact with 843 Roof and I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. I stayed informed of the process the entire time. Step by step photo updates. This was a rush job for my house and the weather for the week wasn't looking too good either. They beat the weather, replaced my roof along with some other problems discovered. Fast, affordable, and high quality. They nailed it.

Brian ( The owner) and Charlie were very knowledgeable. Charlie came out and assessed my roof and was able to get a team out ASAP to handle my most pressing issues. ( this was critical for me as this was an oceanfront vacation rental with occupants checking in next day) The crew was very professional and timely and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. I will certainly be calling them first when I replace the roof.

When needing to replace our roof before listing for sale, we called several companies. Brian answered, quickly came out to give us an estimate and we were on our way to a new roof. The crew was incredibly fast (2 days for a nearly 4k sq ft, 2 story home) and did a fantastic job. They meticulously cleaned during and after. I recently discovered a leak in my roof that needed repaired. I asked for recommendations from my neighbors and they overwhelmingly recommended Charlie from 843 Roof LLC. I called Charlie and he came out and inspected the roof and found a small spot where a couple shingles needed replaced. He also recommended replacing a vent boot that was dry rotted and needed replacing. That same day a roofer from 843 Roof came out, replaced the bad shingles and replaced the boot. When I needed a new roof, I called multiple companies to get quotes. Brian, the owner, responded quickly, and with a competitive quote. I liked that I was dealing with the owner of the company. I felt very confident they would do everything they promised, and they did.
The roof looks great.
They did a great job of cleaning up afterward. I’m sure there must be a stray nail somewhere in my yard, but so far, I haven’t found one.
The ventilation in my attic wasn’t really adequate, and he installed some additional vents that have made a noticeable difference in the temperature of the attic.
The house is on the large side, and I was surprised when he said they planned do the whole job in a single day. In the end, they came up short a few shingles and had to come back very briefly the next day, but things were really only disrupted one day.
Highly recommend!

We called 843 after tropical storm Debby. We have been dealing with a leak in our guest bedroom that we thought was fixed a couple years ago from big bear roofing. STAY AWAY FROM BIG BEAR. They completely put a bandaid on a gun shot wound. When we called 843 Brian was very professional and very quick to have Charlie come out to assess the issue. Charlie was also very professional and personable and was able to figure out what the problem was. 843 sent their metal workers out this past Friday just to see what they were working with. Come to find out, they immediately started working on the roof and got it done within 2.5 hours. I appreciate the fast response on a chimney removal and roof repair. Communication with sub contractors was definately an issue that resulted in some stressful moments, however, Charlie and Brian owned up to the issues and remained diligent in providing a solution. Charles did an expection on my roof and knew exactly what,where,and why my ceiling in my house was leaking. My boot around my pipe on my roof needed to be replaced. Not only that, he also took pictures of some of my shingles that were missing off my roof from his phone when he was up there doing an expection. He got me in quick, according to my schedule. Stop researching and just go with 843 roof! Wish I would have done that in the first place. Brian answered my phone call on the first call, was very friendly, and had a crew out to fix my leaking skylights the next day at an affordable rate. Not only that, but they did an incredible job. For reference, this is now the third time I've tried to have someone fix this skylight and so far each one has failed except for Brian and 843 Roof. Writing this review after several hard and windy storms and it's holding strong. Can't recommend them highly enough. He will be my first call from now on.
