I learned about this company because of their flawless reputation.
Manager Ramon gave me an initial consultation and quote for roof replacement. I find it better that he actually climbed my roof and took a look at what is going on with it and showed me the pictures. Not all the salesman would do that.
The roof replacement team arrived on time, did a great job replacing shingles/taking inspection on plywood underneath. They ended up replacing 6 of my plywood underneath. An interesting feature is that they took pictures in the process of roof replacement, so you can see what is going on right now. I left my house and they did all the work without my presence.
They cleaned up after the work, even dough some little debris left.
The amazing feature is that they painted my chimney pipe and bathroom fan pipe, so my roof now looks way more stylish. The appearance of the house improved so much. I didn't even think about it before the new roof.

This company just completed a roof replacement on my 2 story Cape Code which had 2 additions over the years, with a flat roof on part of the 2nd floor. Initially I was trying to resolve a leak in my kitchen near two skylights which had been caused by improper flashing, poor waterproofing and an insufficient system of gutters/downspouts. After getting multiple opinions I decided it was best to replace the entire roof which was probably due for it anyway and likely had other issues. I chose 64 based on lots of positive reviews, and a more reasonable quote than another company whom I otherwise had had good experiences with, and so far I was not disappointed. They uploaded photos in their app every step of the way so you can see what's going on without going on the roof yourself. Several other questionable, rotted and improperly installed areas of the roof were uncovered in the process (of which I received photos), and 64 replaced the plywood and roof in the correct way. They also added new gutters with leaf guards, and set up the gutter system so that downspouts were no longer pouring water straight onto the shingles below. They also completed some metal work for me on my garage, adding trim around the door and window frames which had been poorly done (unprotected wood) by the contractor who renovated it into a workspace for me, and adding gutters to prevent water from pooling by the entrance. Overall I am very happy.

This company gets five stars from me. The appt was for 9am. They arrived at 9am. They greeted me professionally presented a business card. I advised. I have other tenants in the bldg an work from home please try to be as quiet as possible they accommodated. I showed him my problem areas that involved 3 leaks. btw it was raining today. He checked my roof advised that the work could be done today if I wanted. I wanted. The repair was done in less than an hour. I was provided all necessary paperwork. Provided payment. Ramon and his 64 Roofing team provided the highest quality service and workmanship this week. They installed a new roof, skylight/emergency egress window, and new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards. The shingles, window, and gutters are all very high quality. The roof, including installation of the window, was completed in one day and the gutters were also installed in only one day. The team cleaned up fully after each job with no nails or old shingles remaining in our yard. Best of all, it rained very hard this week and the entire house is dry inside including the area around the egress window upstairs. My roof started leaking. I did not know a roofer in the area so I called more than one place. Ramon and team were the most responsive and informative so I went with this company. They were prompt, the communication was outstanding (photos sent as they were working) and the finished product is great. My property has an HOA and one of the board members called me to say what a good job they did matching the shingles and cleaning up. I now know a roofer in the area.

They were so great with installing gutters at my house! When Ramon Lomeli came to do an estimate, he noticed that we were working on a garden in front of my house. They came to install while I wasn’t at home and sent us videos and pictures of the install. In one of the pictures, Ramon noted for the installers to be very careful around the new garden. Also after our estimate, he helped us load my car with garden supplies before he left. Their customer service was absolutely unbeatable. I will be using them for any issues or services I need at my house.

Ramon and his crew replaced the rotted fascia board, molding soffits and trim around the outside of our house. They did a phenomenal job! I was very impressed with the crew's work ethic. They showed up early and worked late. They were responsive and clearly communicated with me. They were fast and cleaned up after the work was done. Overall extremely professional. On of my best experiences with a contractor. I would definitely recommend.

We just got a new roof from 64 Roofing and couldn’t be happier! Ramon and his crew were professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I HAD MY SOFIT AND FACIAL BOARDS REPLACED AND REWRAPPED, ALONG WITH NEW GUTTERS W/LEAF GAURDS..THESE GUYS ARE REALLY GOOD FOR THE MONEY. I received several estimates for a roof repair/installation and Ramon's was by far the most professional, comprehensive, and the lowest. He was always courteous and quick to respond to texts, emails, and phone calls. When the repair was complete, he immediately texted me images of the entire process so I could clearly see every step of removing the existing roofing, the damaged wood beneath, and laying down the new roof and gutter extension. Took the day off to be here for them and an hour before they are to show up I get a call saying they are over booking and can’t do the work for a month. So why didn’t anyone call me days before or even when the appointment was made. Lost 3 days waiting now need to waste 3plus more for the new company to come. Just hoping no no more rain. I can’t speak about performance only lack of communication to the client and respect for time.

This is a great company. I took a chance and Googled a roofing company. This one came up. They replied quickly to my request. They were completely transparent and fair with the pricing. The work that was done is immaculate ! I am so happy I chose this company to work with. I highly recommend working with them.

Guy came. Wanted a quote to repair a leak on the roof close to the gutters. I turn around and he’s walking over my roof and tells me the whole back of my roof should be replaced. I tell him just give me a quote for the repair. I have no leaks anywhere else. Thanks! Right before he leaves he says he’ll get back to me in a couple of days. Week later I call and ask about my quote. Still haven’t heard anything after a month now. Not worth your time. Look elsewhere!!

I contacted Ramon Lomeli of 64 Roofing after a severe roof leak. Ramon responded very quickly. He immediately set an appointment and came out within hours. His estimate was very reasonable. This company provided us with superb service in every way. We asked for an estimate for gutter replacement and for replacement of the roof on an extension room of our house that had been leaking for years. Several other roofing companies failed to find the source of the leak. Ramon arrived at the promised time and performed a thorough inspection in which he found the cause of the leak coming from a second floor fault in a combination of our old gutter and the original application of the aluminum siding. Bottom line: he informed us that there was no need for our requested roof replacement. Had he not been so honest we would have had significantly higher costs for the work done. Francisco was the installer of the gutters and repairer of the leak site. He, too, was timely in his arrival, polite and pleasant in his manner, and thoroughly professional and competent. He did a beautiful job and the project cost was very reasonable. We could not be more pleased with the entire experience we have had with 64 Roofing.

The first company I contacted was highly rated by others but were unprofessional and unhelpful at every turn so I got another quote from 64. The manager that came out to take pictures, etc. and give me a quote was on time for the appointment, wore a mask before that was commonly being done, took extensive pictures showing all the problems (that helped me with my insurance claim), explained every charge, gave a quote for a temp tarp over some missing shingles needed until they scheduled the repair which they scheduled as soon as I paid the up front cost and they received the shingles, hauled off every bit of trash... I could go on as they were very impressive and of course the roof came out flawless. They replaced a bunch of plywood because the roof wasn't flat. I wish all vendors had the same professionalism as this outfit. Five stars plus.

I called 64 Roofing and set up an appointment for free estimate. Ramon came out and went onto the roof, took pictures and showed me the damages. A picture is worth a thousand words. He worked with me in helping me with my home owners insurance claim. He set up a date to do the work less than a week after the down payment. He and his crew repaired my house roof as well as my shed roof in one day. They were very courteous and cleaned up as they worked and after job was completed. They brought a dumpster with them for the old roofing material and took it away the same day.The other roofing company that came out before, didn’t bother to even go up on the roof. Just gave me a ball park estimate. Ramon was honest and explained all costs and expected work in detail. I will also be using them for gutter replacement for my house. I contracted 64 Roofing to do a relatively small job of replacing a few unused vents that penetrated the roof and other repairs. They did the work professionally, were on time, had a good price, and were overall a terrific value. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again when I have this type of work! Mr. Lomeli at 64 Roofing LLC has been very professional from the beginning. I was given an estimate in a timely manner, and sent a contract within a few days. I signed the contract and was given a day which was a week out. But, got a knock at the door and he installed my gutters two days after the signed contract. Definitely fast service. Finished within an hour and gave me a run down of the functionality of the new back gutter. While he was here he also checked out the front gutters for me. I thought to myself maybe I need it replaced, but Mr. Lomeli was honest and told me that was not necessary. He is very honest, professional and respectful of your belongings. I would highly recommend him and his company. I will definitely being using him whenever I need my roof replaced!!!

Had a quote for new gutters, they came out quickly determined what we needed as well as checked out our roof. They installed our new gutters, repaired plumbing boots and a couple of other items all in a day. Cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Very pleased woth results.
