509 Services

We had a great experience with 509 Services during our vinyl siding replacement project. Jesse was always quick to answer any questions we had, and promptly made time when in-person communication was necessary. Their crew was polite, respectful and efficient. 509 Services will be our first call on our next home improvement project.

We responded to fliers dropped off at our home after a toilet flooded our upstairs into the downstairs. We were having issues finding someone without a 6 month waitlist to do repairs and Jesse was amazing at coming in and working with insurance to get enough to cover all the repairs. The timeline he gave of 2-3 weeks fit as well since we just needed the upstairs bathroom complete and drywall in the hallway, kids closets, and kitchen ceiling completed by the company.

The actual work and timeline was very disappointing as far as quality and efficiency. Jose's tile, paint, and plumbing work needed to be redone a few times. We had to bring in a different plumber because we ended up having water coming through the ceiling again since our tub they installed was not installed correctly with drain pipes not glued together, drain installed incorrectly, and not up to code fittings placed.

What was said would take 2-3 weeks, took over 3 months to complete because of things not being done right the 1st...or 2nd times. Jesse is amazing at customer service and communication, however, he and Pedro (fixed José's work) were the best experience we had during the whole process (4 stars). The actual work was not (1 star), which was very difficult to manage and disappointing.

I responded to some flyers 509 distributed in our neighborhood. We needed a back patio rebuild. I was considering a couple different options (concrete, deck ....). The owner Jesse came out to give me a quote. He took measurements and photographs and said he would give that to his concrete guy and his deck guy and get back to me with a couple if quotes. Never heard back from him. So I called after 2-3 months. Never got a call back. I get if a contractor can't or doesn't want to do a particular job. But just please, let me know that so I can move on. They might do great work (I'll never know) but their customer service in this case was abysmal.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They’re hard workers, respectful, and communicate very well throughout the whole project. My pasture fencing is exactly how I envisioned it. 509 Services will definitely get my business again and I will be recommending them to family and friends.

509 Contractors did a vinyl fence replacement and painted my house. I have a fairly large fence that was mostly destroyed by last year's hail stormas well as damage to the paint on the house. 509 replaced the damaged fence quickly and efficiently and once the weather cleared painted my house and garden sheds. Jesse was great to work with and the ceews that did the work were professional and courteous. I would not hesitate hire them again!

509 Services completed the framing on my dream home in Spokane. The crew was very knowledgeable and hardworking. They consulted with me and my project manager, making sure all phases of the build were done perfectly and timely. I am very happy with the quality of their work and helping me accomplish my home.

509 arranged for my cement front porch. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. It was done in a timely manner and the finished porch is better than I envisioned.
