5Star roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Christopher Lundy went above and beyond the call of duty, Always respectful and polite, Christopher and Samuel worked with us and our insurance company to ensure our roof was fairly evaluated and approved for the fullest possible coverage by our insurance . They made the entire process so easy! We were also very pleased with the crew that installed the roof. They were quick and made sure all the scraps and nails were cleaned up after the work was completed. We couldn’t be happier with the work 5Star roofing did for us. If we ever need roof repairs again in the future, we will be calling 5Star roofing.

5 Star Roofing and Chase Hamer did an excellent job. They work well with the insurance companies and they left my yard like they hadn't even been there.

They told me they would have to inspect my house via satellite. When I did not hear from them after the appointed time I called back. They informed me that their system was down and that they would contact me asap. I have yet to hear from them. I'm still waiting and my house us still leaking and getting worse.

Communication is very important to us, and 5Star was most responsive roofing contractor of all the we called. Quickly estimated the cost and scheduled the installation. Excellent experience!

I'm a contractor & typically choose metal but my daughter wanted shingles for her personal home. After shopping around, I appreciated the professional manner of Chase H & he assured me the job would be done right. Chase went out of his way to meet with me at a time & location that was convenient for me to sign the contract. Just a few days later the work was done. The crew cleaned up the yard and didn't leave any debris behind. I needed specific paperwork for insurance purposes & Lindy in the office followed up to make sure I had exactly what I needed. All around great experience. Without hesitation, I'd choose them again.

The roof was completed in a timely manner and the crew cleaned and hauled away the debris.
Bill was really good at managing the project and keeping us updated on any changes.

Bill is an outstand salesman. Just hours before they were to start my roofing my wife changed her mind about what color she wanted. Bill got on it right away. Installation got shifted out a day or two but everything went well. The crew was good, hard working and cleanup was great.

5 star did an awesome job installing our new roof and helping with the claim process. They were able to resubmit A claim to insurance and get a different adjuster involved to help pay for the roof. The process was pretty smooth and they cleaned up everything when done. Highly recommend

We had a suspicious area near the edge of our roof around a vent pipe. 5-Star inspected it, and determined that not only was it damaged, the rest of the roofing had been damaged by a hail-storm earlier in the year. They handled the insurance claim, worked out the details, arrived on-time every time and got the roof replaced. They also performed a couple upgrades as well at what I felt were fair prices. Stayed in communication anytime there was a need.

This company was great to work with. Chase Hamer followed through on every step of the roofing project
and was very nice and easy to work with. The crew were all very nice and very hard working. They completely cleaned up my yard when they finished the roof and offered to put all of my flower pots back in place. We definitely recommend 5 Star Roofing and Renovation.

I was very pleased from beginning to end with the entire process of getting a new roof.. Rick Antonoff and Joseph Mallory were very professional and walked me through the process of contacting my insurance company and explaining my options. There was no pressure on their part. It turned out that even though my roof was 30 years old, they found wind and hail damage and the insurance company paid for the new roof completely. They were fast and efficient and cleaned my yard, sidewalk and driveway looking better than before. When I returned that evening i discovered that my satellite needed adjusting. I was expecting to have to wait till morning, but to my surprise, Roberto came right on over and climbed up on my roof in the dark and very quickly got my service restored. All in all I would say that 5 Star Roofing did an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone.
