These folks stand behind their solar installs. We picked a system he had never used before, but it went in smoothly. When there were issues with a couple of the batteries, they worked with me and the manufacturer to get them replaced. Great folks.

Communication was great! They did a great job on my flat roof house. They cleaned up after themselves and didn’t take them long at all. Would definitely recommend!

4Front was great about installing our solar. The city was ridiculously slow in issuing the permit but John kept us informed the entire time and installation was super smooth and right on schedule. The price was fair too. Would highly recommend!

Getting a new roof was a very nerve racking experience for me since I had no idea where to start and had a bad experience prior. After doing some Google research I submitted a request for a quote through 4fronts website. Autumn was able to send me a full estimate within 24hrs and I didn’t have to be home for it. I had a few more concerns I wanted double checked so John went out same day and quoted me even lower since my previous roofing company told me I needed something that I didn’t end up needing. They started my roof within a few days. The guys working on my house worked in 100 degree days and were so polite the entire time. I was so excited the first time I rained and all of my issues before were gone. This was such a relieving experience and I’m so glad I went with 4Front!

Very professional company, kept the stress level of repairing wind damage low. They were able to work with our insurance company's quote for repairs and got their work done quickly and clean.

The quality and workmanship of this Company is by far the best. And I've had a roof put on by another Co. but, they didn't take as much care as 4Front. The guys covered around the shrubs and cleaned up as if they weren't even there! And Voila the roof was done by lil' elves!! Give John a call, you won't regret it!!

John @ 4Front is dependable and provides a good service for a fair price. I own a building in Grants, NM and had reached out to several contractors before him who tried to take advantage of me being an out of town owner and John was always very transparent with the issues my building had that needed fixing.

I highly recommend this roofing company. They are very professional, arrived on time, completed the work and left the area clean. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the cost was reasonable. I used this company for inspection and repairs for my residence and my rental house. I am very pleased with their work and will use them when I need a new roof.

After my tenants moved out at the end of May, I found out I needed a new roof. I called three different roofing companies which all agreed to send someone out to check it out. Two actually sent someone out and both agreed the roof needed to be replaced and said they would send me an estimate. They never followed through even after I called to remind them. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when I contacted John at Enchanted Roofing and said he would have Dave go out in a couple of days. I was even more surprised when Dave called and had an estimate for me letting me know he could start in a few days. He put an extra crew on the job and they finished in three days. After worrying and stressing for four months, I now have a new roof. I would highly recommend Enchanted Roofing for their professionalism, their customer service and their efficiency. I appreciated that they treated me and my tenants with respect

John and his team are so wonderful and helped me in such an absolute bind. There were few other companies that could work on my roof due to supply shortages. John's group came out the very next day to start my total roof replacement. They were super friendly, honest and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone! John is very responsive and always answered my millions of questions!!! The roof looks great!

Heavy rain a few weeks ago with some interior water intrusion. Called Enchanted and they did a complete inspection and small repair of my TPO roof. Their response was quick and there roof inspector was highly professional.

Doing work on my home over the last few years, I've learned it's unbelievably difficult to find reliable contractors. Dave and his team (Daniel and others) were here when they said they would be. They are incredibly reliable. They are readily accessible and quick to respond to communication. And the quality of work has been fantastic. We had a new TPO roof installed, they replaced decking in areas where it was cracked and damaged, they cut and installed two new beautiful skylights in my kitchen, and they installed Solatube skylights in our guest bedroom. The finished product really turned out great. Thank you so much!

DO NOT HIRE ENCHANTED ROOFING.

We made the grave error of hiring Enchanted Roofing in mid-August 2020 to install a new TPO roof and replace Spanish tile for $11K. The owner insisted on payment balance before we could personally inspect the work and we mistakenly paid the balance because we trusted him. After initial roof installation and then a second visit by them to fix a large area of standing water, the roof work failed City of Albuquerque inspection as well as a separate independent roofing inspection company.

The independent inspector stated Enchanted’s work was some of the worst roof work they’ve ever seen. Moreover, three different HVAC systems on our roof were all damaged during installation and all needed repairs. Even more galling is that Enchanted charged us an additional 500$ for them to deal with the HVAC systems. We are now forced to pay another roof company to tear out Enchanted’s Roofing wretched work and pay for a second new roof.

Moreover, the company owner is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and of course refuses to refund our money or pay for the re-roof, while insisting he’s happy to return and at the most, correct the defects found by the city’s inspector. This is like a surgeon who cuts off the wrong limb, offering to cut off the correct one now for free.

Please see other negative reviews regarding Enchanted Roofing posted on the BBB website. Do yourself a big favor and do not hire Enchanted Roofing.

After getting several estimates on getting TPO on my roof I contacted John at Enchanted roofing. Not only did his estimate come in at up to half the cost but they also had a better warranty. We were lead to believe that we had multiple layers of tar and gravel on our roof by another roofing company. The day Enchanted Enchanted started the job John called me and told me there was only one layer and he was lowering the price of his original estimate. I recommend Enchanted roofing to anyone they are honest and do excellent work all at a great price.

Aside from Comcast, this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. We hired Enchanted Roofing to redo the underlayment on our tile roof. We had zero leaks when we started at the end of September 2019. The first rain we had 6 or 7. After coming out multiple times they were finally able to get the leaks fixed on December 27, 2019. We now have stains on our drywall that Dave promised to fix, but didn't. Our roof is a complete mess and will require another company to come in and fix his mistakes. Before you hire, check out the contractor licensing website for New Mexico. It seems Dave and Co change their names every few years.

John's team got the job done quickly, coordinated their work with the HVAC team (that was also working on our roof), and was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommended.

My wife just got our TPO roof installed and David and his crew have been efficient. I have contacted David and he is quick to reply and answer my issues. Great Company! Price, Product and Professionalism all were great!

Dave Baca and his team had my roof project completely finished before I even received an email back from one of the three other roofing companies in my area. I was given a same-day quote, fast scheduling and completion of my project, great value, great communication, material and installation warranty... I couldn't ask for more. With the recent heavy rains and snow that hit Albuquerque, we discovered a leak that needed immediate attention. We contacted two other roofing companies that provided us with estimates, both of which were far more than we could afford. We then received an estimate from Enchanted Roofing which was less money, and they could begin the repairs the very next day. The work they performed was amazing! They even did more work than expected! Narciso was courteous, professional, and hard working. He spent the entire day on our roof, and regularly showed and explained the work that he was performing. He then cleaned up afterwards and left us with a nicely repaired roof. If there is anyone who needs roof work done, Enchanted is the one!

Thank goodness for Enchanted Roofing! I rarely post reviews, but I just had my roof replaced last month and cannot be happier that I haven't had any leaks with all this rain. This company also worked on my rental property and on my mom's roof last year. 5 stars Quality service. They're fast, friendly, and very. affordable.

Finally after 50 years we found the perfect Roofing company. They know their craft. We were impressed with the efficiency of the crew not to mention the communication from the man in charge. What a relief!

Dave came to do a roof inspection for me. He was extremely helpful--very thorough, clear in his explanations, and very nice. When I need a new roof I'll certainly call him!

Poor service. They only did what they were supposed to once I requested permits which were obtained after the job was done. Then they had to return to do work properly. Plus, they hired contractors who also did not permit and now my hvac system doesn't work. Save yourself the headache of dealing with these folks.

Fast and friendly. Mr Baca was professional efficient, and polite. He made this awful experience as easy and accommodating as I have ever experianced which is hard to find. Thank you!

They have them work on our house, and they did a really great job, people are amazing how they work, everything is perfect, If I can give them 10 stars they deserve it.
