4BM Construction LLC

They quoted me $230k to renovate a 1200 sq ft home. Other quotes were around 80k. I have a contractor in the family who is retiring and didn't want to take on the project, who gave me an estimate (not at cost or discounted) that was in line with the quotes I have received from other contractors. Don't waste your time with 4BM.

We needed a simple fix on a bedroom door and after calling half a dozen places 4BM was the only one that responded quickly. We had an estimate and the work done the next day. Quality work and it was done super fast, this company rocks!

We used 4BM construction for a full bathroom remodel and drywall repair after having the plumbing and electrical reworked in our home.

They were very prompt and courteous. They were available to start work right away and did good work. Any issues we had along the way they were happy to remediate when brought to their attention. I would use them again for future projects.

We are still mid project, so I’ll have to come back to add photos. Robert and his entire crew have been amazing. They are quick, professional, kind, and have great communication. We have stayed in our home through the large remodel process and they have made it easy to navigate this and been so considerate of the excitement my kids have had watching the process.

The company showed up on time, worked diligently, and clean up at the end of the work. Cleaning gutters maybe considered mundane, but it is necessary maintance to protect both roof and supporting structure. A very professional experiance from the price quote in writing to submitting proof of insurance prior to the start of work. A completion, again proper paper work acknowledging payment. I was impressed as a retired industrial project manager.

I had my bathroom floor tiled by 4BM Construction; they did an excellent job. The price they quoted was very reasonable and no hidden or extra cost when job was completed. There were other little issues they ran into when reinstalling my toilet and they repaired the issues for me at no extra cost. The workers were courteous and explained and answered any questions I had. I recommend 4BM Construction for all of your repairs, upgrades, or remodeling projects you need.

Robert completed exterior paint, roof repairs and security gate repairs on a apartment complex for me. He also did a complete interior rehab on one of the units! I am an out of state investor and communication is #1! He always answered his phone every time I called and was always available to talk things thru. He took care of my property from beginning to end! He gave tremendous feedback and insight that was needed due to my absences. Theres not better in Albuquerque! And guess what...he travels! Definitely keeping his number on speed dial!
