I had water damage on my back door entrance and couldn't put it of any longer

45North has done a superb job in restoring our massive chimney. The chimney was built in the 1970s and had undergone significant deterioration (see the attached "before" photo). There had been water intrusion into the house due to the numerous cracks and fissures in the mortar. It was necessary to grind away the old mortar and to re-point the joints. The three upright supports at the top of the structure had to be replaced. This was a significant months-long undertaking but the completed chimney is better than new (see the attached "after" photo). 45North kept us informed with daily status reports and plans for the work that was to be done. We could not be more pleased with the final result and would recommend 45North as a superior contractor.
