The Coverdell family that own and operate this business are some of the greatest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. You can tell they hold their reputation in a high esteem, and accordingly dump their heart and soul into the business and their work represents that. In an industry that can often leave many people feeling like they came up short… I wouldn’t trust anyone other than 402 Roofing!

402 roofing & siding has been amazing. We started this process during the hail for last year and we finally have completed it. It’s been a hectic mess for them. I’m sure dealing with our insurance company and making sure nothing was missed. They were very informative about the process and you always knew what to expect. Throughout our process they were patient with us, and kept the process moving as best they could. I would definitely recommend 402 roofing and siding x10 to anyone I know.

I had 402 come look at my roof. They were honest and knowledgeable. They advised that I shouldn't file a claim, but since they were up there they decided to clear all of my gutters for no charge. They cares about their clients and from a few friends they have helped, they do a great job representing their clients to their insurance company. Insurance companies will often times try to mitigate their expenses to spend as little as possible on each claim. 402 makes sure you're getting everything you can out of your claim, so nothing missed and bigger problems are avoided.
