My wife and I wanted to add more cabinets for storage in our kitchen. We also wanted a bar area to sit at if possible. We talked to Jamie and explained what we were looking for. He listened to us, offered lots of options, and made some great suggestions to make use of what would have been dead space (check out our mini fridge below the bar!) He was very professional, helpful, and creative in his design process. His crew was friendly, professional and did a great job cleaning up after their project was complete. We love our kitchen! The owners of this company are extremely professional and have completed a few projects for us that have been very well done. I hired 4 Leaf to renovate my farmhouse in Lovell. To say this project was a disaster would be an understatement and ended in needing to terminate the contract - I’m 2 years into the start of the build process - and out hundreds of thousands of dollars because of the mismanagement and misuse of funds. Issues including taking 9 months to get a contract and the quote being double the initial budget (which I agreed to move forward with), teams disappearing from the job site for months on end creating damage to the property (the entire foundation fell out when left exposed to the elements all winter and I had to Jack and rebuild and also had to buy a second home because I was a year into this mess at this point) materials left outside exposed to the elements after repeated requests to cover and protect. It took finally realizing at the end of the year that all my payments to subcontractor were not paid out causing further delays and project risks when they wouldn’t return to the site. And materials I paid for in advance were not paid at the lumber yard so I had to buy them a second time. And even after this I gave them a second chance given desperation to get the work finished and they repeated the performance a second time. Please reach out before considering using them. No one should experience what I’ve gone through. I’ve spent over a million dollars with them at this point and they’ve left me with a framed shell. Thankfully multiple people in the community stepped in to finish this horrible experience.
