We hired 3R Roofing to reroof our whole house. Five and a half years later the flashing on our skylight failed. The warranty was 5 years, so they charged us a fix it.... Otherwise, the work they did on our roof was good. I have spoken with other companies, and they said they would have fixed it up to 10yrs after installation, so just be aware that they go by the book instead of accommodating valued clients. We will probably go with someone else next time.

We worked with David Coddington and Eli of 3R Roofing in August 2018 to have our hail-damaged roof and gutters replaced. They were fantastic. We had them install soffit vents and bathroom fan vents to bring our roof up to modern code standards and 6" gutters to better handle the massive amounts of rain our large roof collects during monsoon storms. The flashing around the skylights looks great, the soffit vents are nicely spaced, placed out of view of the windows, and well-squared relative to the house walls. The downspouts with hinged attachments were all assembled to have handmade latches to catch the hinged section when they are pulled up. Everything went smoothly and David and Eli handled all of our concerns and questions quickly. On top of that the crew picked up after themselves at the end of each day, and they carpooled so we only had to accommodate parking for one truck for each crew working on a given day. The final price was the estimated price plus the plywood replacement cost and the 3R estimate was in the same ballpark as another roofer we had bid the job. Best of all, there was no pressure to "sign now" or increase work scope or do anything that we saw from other roofers who were storm-chasers (following the insurance claims from our big hail storm). We would happily recommend 3R Roofing and their crews to anyone who needs quality roof work and a good price!
