Found a leak on Monday morning with my hot water heater plumbing. Chris was at my house before 10am and the issue was fixed within an hour! Excellent same-day service! Thank you!!!
My husband and I had Chris remodel our bathroom back in late 2019 to early 2020. He was helpful with choosing our tile/theme, etc. We noticed what looked like water damage on our floor in late 2020. We notified him of this, and he came out and replaced the floor. Back in February of 2021 we noticed it happening again and he came out in early March to inspect it, and said he would fix the issue in early April. We agreed, but a date was never set. It seems we were on his backburner because the estimated date kept getting pushed back. Here we are late July, and we haven't heard from him in 2 months. Now our bathroom has more damage from all the time we have wasted waiting on him to come out and fix it. We have been patient with him, but enough is enough. Now we have to find someone else who is LICENSED and INSURED, which Chris is not and fix his mistake out of pocket.
