33 Carpenters replaced my roof last summer. The project manager was very professional. He helped me work with my insurance company to make sure everything was in order and that we were reimbursed the proper amount. The crew was on time and very efficient. They completed the roof in 1.5 days and were gone. They cleaned up well afterwards. I would recommend 33 Carpenters to anyone who needs a new roof.

They left me with a beautiful roof and gutters. They incorporated my changes and worked well with my insurance company so I only had to pay my deductible. We did have some confusion about billing and when the checks were distributed , but it was resolved in the end.

They walked us through the whole process of getting a new roof due to hail damage. They answered all of our questions throughout the process. The kept us updated on the installation date because of all the rain we had this spring. The crew that installed the roof did a great job, they made sure our yard was clean at the end of the installation.

Well the good news is my roof is done. The bad news is it took 2 months to get it done and I had to keep calling and e-mailing to find out what the hold up was. My sales guy forgot he was supposed to pick up the insurance check from me and I should have forgot to have him do the roof. The scheduling person called and told me he forgot to schedule my roof. I asked for a quote on the gutters and overhangs. I am still waiting. I am pretty patient but this is ridiculous. The old gutters were just leaned against the house and have subsequently blown down. I hope the warranty is not as reliable as the follow up. My advice would be go someplace else.

33 Carpenters took are of our entire storm damage claim from start to finish. They assessed the damage, filed the claim, met with the adjuster and did the repairs. They also told us to call them if there are any problems. So far we have none.
