I occasionally have the opportunity to work on the same homes where Imperial 307 Roofing is working. Their entire ( large crew) hustle and exhibit great efficiency. They don't know I am fluent in Spanish and I listen to what they say. I have not heard them say anything negative or crude in any language. They know how to work !!

This company is wonderful. We were on their schedule to replace the roof on our garage which was metal. With the high winds the metal started peeling up. I left a message over Labor Day weekend that this was happening and we were afraid that it could fly off and hurt someone like my grandson. That Tuesday they ripped that old roof off and put the underlayment on which is waterproof. They put the new roof on 1 week earlier than anticipated. Did a great job. Would recommend!

The Imperial Team did an absolutely fantastic job replacing our old cedar shake roof with synthetic shakes. Roofing projects can be loud and messy. The team was careful , efficient, diligent and highly skilled. The mess was kept to a minimum and they cleaned up every night.

We recently had our roof replaced by 307 Imperial Roofing in Jackson, WY. And I’m happy to report that this company did a phenomenal job! They more than delivered during every step of our roof replacement process. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend them for any roofing project.

Their estimate bid was fair and honest. They promised to complete the job quickly, which they did. Their crews worked hard and steady each of the 5 days required to complete the job. The crew also cleaned up all debris at the end of each day’s work — a welcome bonus.

They provided a competitively priced bid, were transparent about their pricing, showed up on time, completed the job ahead of schedule, and left the site in immaculate condition. The office staff were excellent communicators throughout the process and highly organized. About as smoothe a process as a new roof installation could ever be!

I purchased a metal roof from 307 Imperial Roofing. I love it! It looks great, and with the snow bars, it keeps the snow off the entrances.

They did a great job replacing the roof in accordance with the price quoted and completed the job on time as scheduled.

I hired 307 Imperial Roofing to clean our gutters last year. The invoice that they originally sent me included twice as many hours as it should have. When I let them know that I was home the entire time and that there must have been a mistake, they corrected the invoice immediately. Kinda sketchy, but no big deal, mistakes happen.

I scheduled them months out to clean our gutters again this year, and they said that they would put us on the schedule. Unfortunately they contacted me the week they said that the work would be completed and let me know that they were too busy to follow through on their previous commitment.

One mistake is no big deal, but two mistakes two years in a row is an indication of poor management.

Edit/Update: The owner called me on my personal phone after reading this review and angrily said that "I should clean the gutters myself." Again, an unfortunate indication of poor management.

Happy with speed of speed, cleanliness, and overall quality of shingle roof replacement. Ridge shingles were placed or trimmed in a very crooked manner. A few shingles exhibit a slight bow upward.

The people at 307 Imperial Roofing could not have been more accommodating and pleasant to work with. I am extremely pleased with the result. Looks great. No leaks. Very happy. No matter the weather conditions they were here to work and they work very hard without wasting a moment of time. I have only praise for them. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The staff at 307 Imperial Roofing are on top of things. The office staff are easy to work with and really out to help you make the right decisions. The staff in the field do an amazing job. We are so excited with the outcome of the roof. Highly recommend them.

Samantha was always very courteous and helpful too. Nacho, Anthony and Larry were super. They were very professional and very thorough in cleaning up everyday. They even worked through some rain too.

Last winter with snow on the roof, I was able to obtain bids to replace my roof from 3 contractors. Two bids were within $600 on a replacement costing over $50,000. I picked 307 Imperial Roofing because their staff was responsive to questions, had a local office and were very helpful getting larger samples of asphalt shingles for me to make a selection. They also had good reviews. A date was set for the replacement, but weather conditions caused delays. The staff again was helpful to get a date that would work for both of us. The replacement was done by a hardworking crew who put in long hours. The crew was polite, answered any questions I had. I have had problems with ice dams on part of the roof and the staff suggested some changes that should help solve the problem which made a lot of sense. I won't know until next winter how well it works (increasing size of ridge vent) but I'm glad that it was done. The final bill was slightly less than the original estimate. I would hire them again!

We replaced our 25 year old shake roof in Teton Pines with a synthetic shake roof that is fire proof and 50 year limited warranty. Imperial Roofing did an excellent job. They were very helpful in picking the material and they know how to install it which is the most important. They helped with getting approvals from the HOA.

They did the work in the middle of winter in freezing temperatures and having to shovel off the roof. They finished the job in 2 weeks including cleanup. There were 4 to 8 people on the job every day and they kept the site clear and accessible at all times. The crew is very nice and professional.

Neighbors are coming by to say how attractive the roof is and they were very interested in the fire proof nature of the shakes given the risk of forest fires in the area.

I am completely satisfied with the work they did and the product.

Much supervision is necessary by owner to get a complete code project completed along with the necessary paperwork for warranty protection by shingle company and Workman protection by Imperial Roofing for the ten year repair issues if necessary. Communication has to be initiated by owner otherwise the owner is is not aware when or how long the project may take. Since Teton county and the Town of Jackson do not require a permit it is important for the owner to inspect the project daily.

307 Imperial Roofing did a great job replacing a roof for us! They were incredibly timely from start to finish. We have tenants living in the home and the tenants complimented on how friendly and professional the crew was on site everyday. They also very much appreciated the thorough clean up they did each day so the lawn was clean of debris and nail free for their dog. I would use them again!

Imperial has the hardest working crew I've ever seen. They quickly and efficiently replaced my entire asphalt shingle roof with two extremely long days of hard work. I was impressed. And it was wonderful to have it done quickly, because roof replacement is a very noisy nuisance, especially if you work from home like me. Their price was also significantly lower than quotes I received from two other roofing companies. They did a good job of cleaning up. I would recommend Imperial to anyone considering a new roof. The only suggestion I have is that the team that removed the old roof could have helped my wife and me move deck furniture, grill, flower pots, etc., away from the house before starting demolition. I would also suggest covering nice decks and porches with a tarp or some material. We have a new synthetic deck that has some small black marks from asphalt on the bottom of old shingles that come off the roof quickly during demolition. I'm sure we'll be able to remove them with an appropriate solvent, and Imperial provided a discount for the inconvenience, and offered to reimburse me for the cost of whatever solvent we buy.

Imperial did a terrific job from the very start. They were professional, responsive, and worked meticulously. Once the crew was on site, it worked very, very hard; often 12-hours per day. The workers were courteous and they picked up all of the trimmings each evening before they left. Cruz, the project manager, was often on-site and insured every detail was taken care of. Our roof was a combination of Brava and copper and it looks beautiful. It was a delight to work with Imperial. I would highly recommend them to others.

Our wood shake roof was 22+ years old and showing its age. We reached out to 5 companies for quotes. Of the 4 that showed up only 3 provided quotes and 307 Imperial Roofing won due to price, work quality and speed. We found 307 Imperial Roofing to be very fast removing and replacing 2/3 of our 262 Squares in 2 1/2 weeks. They were immediately forthcoming with decking issues and replacement of same. Their work quality proved to be top notch with all shake lines straight and even. Their attention to details such as ridge cap ends for aesthetic appeal gave the final product a PERFECT score. They worked clean providing clean-up each day and even cleaned in a neighbors yard after a high wind episode. We found 307 Imperial Roofing to be very professional in all phases of their work and would consider using them again without hesitation.
