3 Kings were really great when they provided a detailed estimate for my roof. They were professional, timely, and took extra effort to walk me through the process. I ended up going with a family friend for my repair, but otherwise they would have been a great choice. I did see their repair of the roof across the street, and it was really fast with no mess left behind. I would recommend them to others.

They replaced our roof after a hail storm. It is now leaking and they will not call us back. Having to call another roofer that will help us. Beware, once they have your money - they will not follow up with you if there are any issues.

This is an addendum to 3 Kings' response. No - 3 Kings did not come out to check as they said they did. No one answers this phone number or returns calls. We ended up calling a local roofing company that will forever have our business for all our roofing needs.

Derrick and the crew from 3 Kings Roofing did a great job replacing the hail-damaged roof on our 2 year old home. He explained all the materials options, personally supervised the crew during the process, and ensured the property was perfectly cleaned. They were incredibly responsive and cared about the quality of their work. They even went out of their way to educate us on the process with our HOA and Insurance which can be very overwhelming. I would absolutely work with 3Kings again in the future! Highly recommend!

3 Kings Roofing - Do not engage with this company for roofing services.
They use a misguided sales pitch in order to get your business. Under no circumstance sign a document that allows them to speak directly to your insurance company. READ carefully and fully understand, because they will explain it one way and the reality of the document is another. Then they will back out from their verbal statements by saying "as explained when you signed the contract". They will tell you one thing when they first meet with you and inflate prices in order to get more money from insurance company, only to claim it all for "the roof" and not the other aspects of your claim. They use lingo like “absorbing your deductible” in order to appear as if they are giving you a good price. This is not true, and don’t believe anything they say. This problem goes all the way to the top, as even the owner of the company reiterated the misguided information that his field person stated to us when he backed out of his original promise to us. In addition, they never came back to clean the tar mess on the sidings of our home that were reported with pictures, nor did they fix the stains in the inside of a bedroom where the 'new' roof leaked. Now they want to send someone to take care of the issues, months later . . . and now I don't trust them at all. There are plenty of other reputable roofing companies, don’t be taken advantage of like I did.
