Atticus , Jake and Anna were so helpful when we had a water heater leak in our home. Anna explained the entire insurance process and made it very easy to understand! Jake had mountains of knowledge regarding the the mitigation process. While the construction manager Atticus was extremely skilled and knowledgeable replacing our drywall and carpet. Over all, they are a very young and talented team. They will do an amazing job in your home as they did in mine.

Jake and his team showed up at my new home on a Sunday morning emergency call. I woke up to a flood in my new home because of my washing machine. Our Harly had taken up in the hall closest to have her pups in, and while we were making it cozy in there for her, we noticed water damage, meaning something was amiss. This is our first home and we knew NOTHING beyond this sorta problem needs addressed ASAP. Out of our depth I gave the folks at Flood Pros a call and Zia took care of everything, answered all our questions, and after shopping around we were glad to give her a call back qnd she set us up with service to get our pipes replaced. I attempted to help my mom find someone to come out and help her with a possible mold issue. I was happy to hear they could come out the same day! I called them again to confirm if they were still coming because it was passed the time frame I was given. I was told I would receive a text to confirm once he spoke with whoever was coming out, but he was positive they were coming. Well, days later I’m still waiting for the visit.
That is so not cool to do that to a potential customer who needs help. Especially when they're in their 70s waiting all day for someone to show up.
