Just had our roof redone in Walnut Grove. Darryl's price was very competitive. His team was professional, did a great job, worked around our schedule. Darryl was always available for any questions concerns, and ensured everything was completed promptly.

Had 21st Century replace roof 30 yrs ago, and do another new roof 3 yrs ago. Had a minor problem recently and they fixed it the next day. These guys are terrific. Very happy. Roof price was excellent as well.

We researched several companies and found Darryl was professional, attentive, punctual and easy to work with. He quickly responded to our questions/concerns and took time to listen. His team was top notch. They were friendly and worked hard to provide the best possible service and our roof looks amazing. Tristan who replaced our gutters also did an awesome job. In 2013 21st Century replaced the roof on my house.
Recently I have had two or three scammers trying to tell me that I had some loose roof tiles. Knowing this was unlikely, it nonetheless placed a seed of doubt in my mind. Consequently, I called 21st Century and Andrew said he would drop by next day and check my roof, which is what he did.
He also used his leaf blower to get rid of accumulated needles on my roof, from surrounding trees. he told me there was nothing wrong with my roof, and refused payment for the services rendered. With this type of Customer Care, I'm sure 21st Century must have many loyal customers.

Super helpful over the phone. Have mold in attic and assumed needed to replace roof, person on phone said I can just get mold removed. Gave helpful advise and information even though I wasn't really even a client. Thank you!!

We recently had 21st Century Roofers replace our cedar shake roof. Darryl and the roofing crew did an exceptional job. After receiving 3 quotes we chose them as a result of Darryl’s thorough communication and detailed proposal. The roofing crew were highly professional and gave me daily updates. The new roof and gutter system looks great. My neighbours on each side were highly complimentary of the project. I strongly recommend 21st Century Roofers.

My husband and I moved into our house January 2022 on the Sunshine Coast and we immediately needed a new roof. In the summer, 21st Century Roofers did a fabulous job removing and replacing our 10,000 sq. ft. + roof on the Sunshine Coast. Andrew, his Foreman, Steve, and his crew were all highly skilled, professional roofers and all very hard working. They were able to make all the necessary arrangements to complete the job over here despite being based in Langley, BC. They went above and beyond what other roofers were willing or able to complete. Not only did they do a wonderful job efficiently removing and replacing the roof, their metal-work to seal the roof was beautifully and expertly done. They also replaced 10 large skylights and made all the arrangements to order and for them to transport them here from the Vancouver area. These were also installed very well.

The roof area was over 10,000 sq. ft. and was of mixed type, needing about 60% flat torch -on and 40% sloped asphalt replacement. There are no roofers here who would consider taking on the huge job or even giving us a quote. We ended up with quotes from3 companies from the Vancouver area, and 21st Century Roofers, Ltd. gave us by far the best quote. They did the work according to the quote and there were no over-runs.

I recently had repairs done to my roof and soffits with 21st Century Roofers. I had tried several other avenues for help with recommendations from friends but everyone was booked out for months. I found 21 st Century and within seconds of filling out the submission form they sent me a contact name. I was put in touch with Darryl who made arrangements to come within the week. He and his assistant were prompt, professional and friendly. The work was high quality and the total cost was well within range of the original quote. I would highly recommend this company ~ they are committed to even the smaller jobs in an effort to support the people of their community.

Highly recommend this company. They did a great job on our roof replacement with a great choice of roof tiles to use. Had a hick-up with a diverter for runoff to the gutters and they came right away to fix it.

Steve was here within an hour of calling in order to fix some roof trim that had gone off in the wind storm. It was way too high for us to get to ourselves. Great attitude, nice guy and super responsive to all my questions about the state of the roof. Had it fixed in less than an hour. Appreciate it!

After extensive research on roofing products and requesting several quotes from roofers in my area, we selected 21st Century Roofing, for a number of factors, which I will discuss in my review.

The timely and responsive communication from Darryl was evident from the beginning. He took every care and attention to understand our roofing needs, providing insight to help us make the best informed decision. I was able to purchase the roofing product that I desired at a more reasonable rate than competition, and with Darryl's expertise, we were able to increase visual appeal on our home ridges, plus improve venting performance with ridge venting without a huge added cost; something we had not considered even through our research.

What is more, we had a very difficult time sourcing a skilled trade/carpenter/framer who could assist us with some non-structural roof modifications prior to the roof installation. This was delaying our ability to start the project.
Darryl had someone who was skilled, willing, and able to start the work at our home when we were ready! Within a matter days, modifications were done, roofers were on site for 3 days, Darryl took care of the debris with his pinkbins service, excellent custom flashing was like icing on a cake, and everything was done before I knew it.

The quality of the work is apparent. Darryl and I walked the roof for an overall inspection and it was an impressive sight. Overall I am incredibly grateful for Darryl's oversight and support on my home project, which moved the needle on a great deal of work that had to be done. There is nothing easy about needing a new roof, and one of the larger homeowner expenses, but having a trusting partnership with a roofing contractor, with all the work done with care, attention and quality top of mind, speaks volumes of 21st Century Roofing.

If you are on the fence, or roof, about which roofing company to select, you will not be disappointed choosing 21st Century Roofing.

Solid Job. Got 4 quotes. C21's came in first and although not the absolute lowest cost (the last one came in a few hundred dollars lower but after we started and we didn't look at the shingle quality) I can't imagine what the other 2 would do different for 30% more. Quality architectural shingles, ripped off 2 layers found no underlay. The installer spent hours smoothing the surface of anything that would puncture the new underlay. The installer worked non-stop with a super human work ethic. Start to finish in 4 days dodging the spring rains, tarps at the ready but never used. Full clean-up, magnet pick up on the nails on the yard and both driveways. Do your do diligence but make sure you include these guys are on your list. Never accept anyone who will slap a new layer on your roof. Never accept anyone who just knocks on your door. Good companies' have enough work without resorting to praying on the weak with inflated prices and shortcuts.

Just wanted to say the team here did a great job. The quotation was timely and clear. When I compared against other quotes it was competitive when comparing the products. Darryl was very patient and attentive to all my questions/concerns through the entire process as I did my due diligence to ensure I picked a good company. When I chose to use 21st Century, they brought colour sampled for me in a few days, and we had people at my house in a couple of weeks. The team worked very hard and were professional, and my roof was complete in 2 days. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to have their home re-roofed.

I came home to water dripping from one of my bathroom fan vents.
Called 21st Century. Steve arrived within a hour to look into the problem.
Turned out to be a cracked air vent on the roof.
The issue was fixed within another hour.

This happened on one of our worst rain days in Nov 2021.
I could not be happier with the response time and their ability to fix the problem on the spot

During a very busy time with lots of stormy weather, they went above and beyond to come out and repair our roof the same day that I called (Darryl was super helpful in arranging this). I was happy that 21st Century Roofers was able to come out and do a repair on short notice. They replaced a vent that was cracked and inspected the rest of the roof. They added some caulking and said the roof could go a while before needing to be replaced. Thanks Andrew and Brandon

After the latest windstorm some of our roof shingles were damaged. I contacted Darryl to see if they could send someone out to take a look. I was at work at the time and in the matter of a couple hours I had images of what had to be fixed. They sourced shingles that look very close to what we have and the next day they had a technician on our roof repairing the problem areas. Talk about great service.

After getting several quotes, we had our roof redone last summer by 21st Century. When they told us it wouldn't take more than 4 days to switch from our old cedar shake roof to shingles, I had my doubts. But, they nailed it. The crew was polite, efficient, and obviously knew their stuff.

Then, just recently, we thought the roof may have been leaking. I called Darrell, and he had someone out right away to have a look. Fortunately, the roof was fine (a clogged downspout was causing water to overflow from the gutter), but what we really appreciated most was the prompt reply, quick response, and feeling like (if it were the roof) it wouldn't be a fight to get it fixed.

Highly recommend them if you are looking to have a new roof installed.

I had my roof re-decked and shingled as well as replacement of all my facia board. The process and options were explained prior to starting work and the attention to detail was exceptional. Site clean up was done daily and the end result was fantastic. Great staff, great crews. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 21st Century Roofing.

Amazing experience with 21st century roofing. Found a leak in my son's room and called them the next day. They came out same day to have a look so they could return with a fix, however they found the leak right away and fixed it same day! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
