207 Roofers did a fantastic job on our new roof. From start to finish, the entire process was fantastic! At the start, they returned my calls and had great communication throughout. We picked a day and time for them to measure and assess what needed to be done. They showed up on time, and Robert discussed everything that we needed. We received a written quote within several days, and it was exactly what we discussed and even had some suggestions. We paid our deposit thru their secure online payment process.
Robert called and told us our roof was ordered and it would take about 3 weeks for it to come in. Although it took almost 4 weeks for it to arrive, Robert kept us posted on the delay and its progress. The roof materials were delivered right to our house. Robert called again and told us they would start the project in three days. His crew arrived in three days in a work truck and van, uniform shirts and looked very professional. The project supervisor introduced himself, discussed everything that they were going to do and how long he thought the project would take. They covered the house with protection drapes, so no debris touched our house or windows. As they were installing the roof, they noticed some rotted wood that needed to be replaced. They brought it to my attention right away and explained how it needed to be repaired. In a few minutes time they had it fixed and continued on. Their communication was wonderful. The entire roof was done by 4:30 PM. They were cleaned up and gone by 5:30 PM. Their cleanup was so excellent, you could never tell that anybody was there to replace a whole roof just a few hours before!!! Not a trace of trash or debris left behind.
The roof looks fantastic! We are so pleased! We will definitely Recommend 207 roofers to our family and friends and anyone in our neighborhood who needs a new roof! You can tell the quality of their materials are top-notch. Their communication was fantastic. Their timeliness was perfect, and their service was outstanding!
