I originally reached out to 20/20 Exteriors for a quote on a home we were looking to buy. Their pricing was the best, the quote was prompt and the process was quick and easy. We didn't buy the house and found out our current home's 6 yr old roof was failing. It was high nailed and almost completely coming off. They were able to come out the next day to take a look, provided a recommendation and quote and a week later they were putting a new roof on our house. They were flexible around weather challenges, every single crew member was respectful and they did an incredible job protecting everything and cleaning up. Highly recommend. The whole process was stress free and we have a roof that will protect our home now!

I’m sorry I don’t have more houses that need new roofs. There work is exceptional. Tim Nicholas and his crew, especially Ric, did an outstanding job. They showed up when they said they would. They brought what was needed for the job the first time. On the day they started they showed up early and went right to work. Everyone was professional, polite, and careful not to cause damage to our plants and shrubs. They told us where the problem areas were on the roof and what to expect. The crew worked like a Indy 500 pit crew, — little talking, everyone knowing and doing their job with precision. A well oiled machine. And importantly, they completed the job within the time frame promised. After they finished and cleaned up there was no trace that they were ever here. We had a leaking sunroom, which was not part of their job, but they fixed it. It has rained fairly hard today and the sunroom has not leaked. They were no additional costs or add-ons to the quoted price. I recommend 20/20 Exteriors without reservation

The process of quoting, teardown, and installation was a piece of cake with 20/20. I found them through Reddit and reading several reviews and an Islander article on local roofing companies in the area. Tim was super easy to work with, giving us options for both our house and a separate garage structure (with thoughtful recommendations based on our overall plans for the yard). The team installing did a great job at communicating before and after the job was done, cleaning up, and setting expectations for the inspection, as well as completing both teardown and installation in less than1.5 days!

Amazing to work with!
Some friends of ours recommended 20/20 after we had a not great experience with a different roofing company, and wow are we glad they did! 20/20 dropped off roof samples so we could see the colors in real life, asked questions no other roofing company did which really impressed us…and then did a complete tear off of our old roof and replaced it and it took less than 1.5 days!!! During the tear off, I even walked out to see that they had thrown a tarp over one of our cars to protect it !

We had the siding replaced on our lake cabin. It was a hard job and 20/20 Exteriors went above and beyond. Took extra steps to make some ugly areas look so much better. The installer even informed me that our new roof wasn’t put on correctly and fixed it for no additional charge. I highly recommend this company.

We used 20/20 Exteriors to replace our roof in October 2022. They provided a quote very quickly, once we approved the quote, we agreed upon an installation date. They showed up as scheduled on the first day to remove the old roofing, the next day the team showed up and installed the new roofing. Once the roof was installed, the team went around the house and picked up any nails or left over garbage. The following day, we received a phone call from the office asking how the job went. It was that quick and painless for us. Very impressed on how timely they were and how professional everyone was. They even accommodated a last minute color change for our drip edge with no delay in the project.

Best experience! My home has gone from frumpy to fabulous. My salesman, Lance, spent time explaining the whole process to me. He helped me decide which windows needed replacing and which ones could wait. He was very helpful in color selection of the vinyl siding and trim colors. Kevin and his team did an excellent job installing the new doors and windows.Kevin is even coming back to install a new handrail. Sean and Tim did the vinyl siding instillation. They were perfectionist. Every evening when they left things were picked up and very tidy. They showed extreme kindness to me and my dog who was initially very frightened by all the noise. I now have the nicest house on the block. My neighbors who had vinyl siding installed last year by another company which they would have had 20/20 exteriors. I can not say "Thank You!" enough.

We got 4 quotes and 20/20 was right in the middle. Excellent work was done when they installed our new vinyl siding this summer. If you want a perfectionist working on your home that makes it right, ask for Tony!

I had been looking for the right roofers for over two years now. For one reason or another, the companies I checked out were too cheap (fly by night businesses) , where not very good communicators, had poor business sense , or were too expensive (wanted to sell more than I wanted). One company I met with only gave me a quote and no other warranties, assurances, or commitments.
All I was looking for is someone that was reasonably priced and that would talk with me. Take some time to give me some reasonable assurances that they were who they said they were and that they would stand behind there work. And especially that I could feel comfortable with.
After 2 years of searching, I finely found that roofing company.
It started with meeting one of the owners, Tim, who totally made me feel at ease right away. What a personable and trusting individual! He explained everything to me: from the beginning of his company, his yrs in the business, to what to expect before, during, and after the job is complete. He asked what I wanted and listened to me and my needs.
Then after the job was done, I found that everything he promised was completed. Everything was cleaned up and the roof was excellently done. They even did some touch up painting on the fascia boards that got damaged when removing the shingles.
I can't tell you how please I am with Tim and 20/20 Exteriors. They are not the cheapest and they are not the most expensive roofing company out there. They are just right! I give my recommendation to have them do your roof. Like me, you won't be sorry. Just extremely Happy!

He certainly communicated well to make sure that everything was completed on schedule. Absolutely pleased with both the quality and the service from start to finish! Everyone was personable and responsive to any questions we had. They had some of the hardest working employees I have seen. We have a large, steep slope roof with many angles and they finished the job in four days. Would recommend them to anyone considering a roof installation.

As a neighbor having experienced two adjacent roof replacements in the past two years I was keenly aware that most companies take 7-15 days to complete a job. They also have employees smoking on the site, blaring loud music and shouting foul language all day. It was refreshing to have the crew for 20/20 complete the job in 4 days, be smoke free on the property and rarely shouting curse words from the rooftop. Very professional staff and a beautiful roof!

The owner of the company even went as far as to give us a heads up 4 months in advance of our job that lumber prices were increasing significantly and we should pre-order our roofing wood panels. They would buy back whatever pieces weren’t used for our job. This saved us a lot in the long run and we appreciated the transparency versus just raising the prices before our job was completed.

I just had a new roof installed by 20/20 and they did an amazing job! After researching and reading reviews on almost every company in the Spokane area I had quotes from five different places and they were the lowest. Tim did the quote for 20/20 and he was very friendly and honest. His crew came out early one morning and were finished that day. I have a basic split level home so it may take a couple days for a different style roof. I assumed I would go outside and have to clean up some kind of mess they had left but you could barely tell they were here. Highly recommend!

Tim and the rest of the crew at 20/20 exteriors did a fantastic job residing my house. Tim came out guided us to our decision and stayed in contact before during and after the job. When the crew completed they left the site very clean and this house has never looked as good as it does now. I will be using 20/20 for a few other projects as well.

We've used 20/20 exteriors for new windows and now for our new roof. They were able to get us on their books for beginning of July but got us installed 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The roof installers arrived on time and were super friendly! They did a complete tear off on our house and did new sheeting, then a tear off on our separate garage. They had everything installed and cleaned up within 2 days and in 90* weather! This company is great to work with and responds quickly. We will suggest them to anyone in the future! They do GREAT work!

They did a fantastic job replacing my garage roof. On time for appointments, great communication when questions or concerns being addressed, got back to me when I had questions promptly, very clean workmanship (not one nail or shingle found after their work even with some gusty weather midway through removal of old roofing), price was reasonable and explained well as to what I would be receiving for that price. Had my house roof replaced by a different company years ago and was not looking forward to going through this again. This whole experience was 100 percent different! Will use them in a heartbeat if the need ever arises again and would recommend to anyone needing their services.

Tim Nicholas of 20/20 Exteriors came out to my house to give me a quote for work which was desperately needed on my home. Tim told me what I should do which was to get a new roof including a new plywood underneath the shingles, along with removal of the old shingles, and new venting for the entire attic. He then quoted me a price, which was fair, and walked me through the entire process from start to finish. The job took (4) days to complete and the clean up and professionalism of all of their crew's was outstanding. The results were fantastic, even the neighbors we impressed! In fact I am going to have 20/20 exteriors quote me for a new front door along with new siding for my garage for future completion. Kevin was our salesman, he is a great guy to work with. Very personable and made us feel like we were his #1 customer. The work crew was seriously unbelievable. We were told the guys would start on Wednesday and finish by Friday. I thought that was pretty impressive. The crew, led by Ivan, arrived early on a Wednesday and started the tear off. That evening, after the crew left, it started to sprinkle. It was over in about 10 min. A few minutes later, Ivan is back on our room. He drove back from the south hill to double check and make sure our skylights were water tight. Classy. The next morning the crew was back at it. By 5pm the second day they were done and cleaning up. Mind you, this was a roof on a 4000 sq ft house! My neighbors two houses up the street was having their roof done the same week. Their crew started two days before and finished a day after ours. I have already recommended 20/20 to my brother in law. This is a legit 5 star review. Thanks, guys!

We needed to replace our roof so we got 3 bids. These guys were the most responsive and we received a 10% discount from them at the Golf Show. They are honest, reliable and did a fantastic job! Took off 2 layers of old shingles and replaced it in less than 2 full days! They are awesome! We will highly recommend them!

Where to begin! First off both Tim and Kevin are amazing! Not just business wise but also how they handle themselves and how they walked us through every little detail and questions we had. They guys at 20/20 Exteriors were awesome, even from our limited experience with them. They were super personable and able and willing to answer any and all questions I thought up. They were willing to take the lowest up front payment of the 4 contractors we found and came very close to coming in with the lowest bid. Unfortunately, we did not expect to have to redo our roof out of pocket and were forced to go with the absolute lowest bid we could get, so we opted for another contractor despite reservations about a possibly lower quality of work from the other company. If I had the extra $800 of wiggle room, I would have picked 20/20.

I was very pleased with my windows. These guys do an amazing job, I will be a return customer. I have had a few things done at my house and been Very disappointed. It seems like contractors are a dime a dozen; not on time, and don't do what they promised. Not these guys, they strive to do an excellent job and they do. Just don't find guys like this very often!

Company did a great job all around and made the whole process from quote to install to payment very easy. Tim was very personable and came out to do the quote himself to make sure we got it right the first time (for which the quote was the best we found in town and was spot on to the final cost). The install team was very professional and completed the work, including tear down of the old roof and install of the new, in half a day.

I'm a real estate agent and a cute little Craftsman needed a new roof before closing. Not only was 20/20 the lowest bid , Tim was super-easy to work with. Crew started work before 7 a.m. Monday when I showed up, and I had a conversation with the neighbor who watched the work over 2 days. "That crew was great, they worked fast and long hours, too" and got a complete tear off, re-sheeting and roofing done in 2 days. I appreciated that Ivan, the crew chief, was willing to contact the neighbors before work began to ask them to move vehicles to avoid any debris flying on them - super nice guy. Crew covered bushes and picked up well. Recommended highly.

20/20 Exteriors did a fantastic job siding our house! The price was competitive, and they were very communicative through the entire process. The two main workers were awesome guys and even did extras at no extra charge such as remove our old stand up mailbox, install a new one on the house, install new light on the house for us, install hooks to attach a shade awning to, and they even carried in a heavy Amazon package for me! When the job was finished, they cleaned up around the house even better than it was before they started, lol! The siding totally transformed the look of our house and it went from tired and worn out to amazing! I highly recommend 20/20 Exteriors!

Tim, Jermey and Ivan (Lead Roofer) are the Hardest working guys in the business. They had my roof completely torn off and replaced in a day and half. Very impressed with the professional level of service this team provides, I would highly recommend hiring them, not only for roof and siding but anything that fits into their wheel house. I do a lot of work on homes both interior and exterior, cause I don't trust just anyone, but I must say I would not hesitate to hire these guys again and will be calling them when I build my next house.

Can't say enough good about 20/20 Exteriors! Over the last year, my wife and I have worked with several different contractors and businesses in the Spokane area while tackling plumbing, landscaping, and assorted remodeling projects. Regrettably, it seems the norm is for companies to not return calls, not show up when scheduled, have to redo things two, three, or four times, and generally over-promise and under-deliver. NOT the case with 20/20. Tim, Jeremy, and the crew at 20/20 are true professionals. The kind I always want to work with. They replaced our roof and windows and repaired a sag in our roof. Everything was done when promised and the quality of their work and the products they used were both exceptional. They were a real pleasure to work with. Everyone was extremely friendly and very patient when explaining what needed to be done and how they calculated their bid. Their bids were very fair. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. I wish all businesses operated like 20/20!

20/20 exteriors replaced my roof in the middle of September 3 years ago .Tim came to my house and and gave me an estimate- he was extremely personable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. His estimate was fair and comparable with the other estimates.
On the agreed date, the crew arrived on time removed the old roof and covered the foliage. When removing the old roof they were careful not make a big mess.The crew was friendly and answered all our questions.
They worked hard and finished the roof in one day- faster than they estimated. They cleaned up my front and backyard and left no debris on the roof.
Our new roof looks great and I was impressed how efficiently they installed the shingles on the roof and their work ethics.
I would definitely recommend 20/20 exteriors without reservations.

Compared to other roofing companies their prices were extremely reasonable. The men that worked on the house worked in some of the hottest days in August in 2018 and yet we're still done in two and a half days. My house was built originally in 1906 and has a steep pitched roof.
It also has four valleys and the new roof is black. Even still the men were pleasant and hard working.

They did a fantastic job. Came in the morning and had the roof replaced by early afternoon. Hard working crew and they cleaned up everything and used a magnet in the driveway to make sure they got all the nails.
