They did the job in a timely fashion and Vadym did an excellent job as a sales/project manager providing me timely updates while I was out of State. Our experience with 1st Priority Roofing was excellent. The sales representative, Vadym Shvets, provided exemplary customer service from beginning to end. When doing the initial inspection, he answered all of our questions honestly and directly. Other company representatives sometimes responded by being defensive or evasive. We were able to get an upgraded roof for less money than we had been quoted for a roof of the pre-existing quality. Therefore, we were very satisfied with our initial contact and the proposal, as well as all paperwork and communications with Vadym.The process of ordering and receiving the supplies was seamless. The delivery was scheduled the same day as a big evening event in our family so we requested an early delivery and Vadym verified that the supplies would be delivered before noon. The delivery men arrived at about 10 AM and were finished placing the materials within an hour. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. On the day of installation, the workers arrived on time, took steps to protect our property, kept the work area relatively clean and safe while installing the roof, worked steadily throughout the day and cleaned up well when the job was finished. Vadym arrived halfway through the day to assure that the work was being done well and on schedule. The work crew finished up a little after dark and came back the next morning to make sure there was no waste left behind. Vadym then inspected our property a second time to look for any nails that could have potentially punctured a tire or hurt someone. During the installation process and after completion of the job, Vadym provided photographs of the work on our roof that were captured by a drone. It was nice to be able to see the progress and the completed project from a variety of different angles. We are grateful for Vadym, the supplier employees and the work crew for the excellent service they provided and highly recommend them for consideration by anyone needing a new roof. If we could give them 10 stars, we would.

We did (open our door) and now are very happy to highly recommend 1st Priority Roofing.

Before signing a contract we researched and found they are a reputable company with solid reviews and an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Therefore we hired them to manage our extensive hail damage repair project at both our main residence as well as at a rental house. The project included new roofs, new windows, new stucco, painting and other miscellaneous repairs. The “project” necessitated two huge insurance claims with two different insurance companies. Even so, with the coordination and clear communication between 1st Priority and our insurance companies, we were completely taken care of.

Vadym from 1st Priority lead the way. He explained options to us, clearly and competently communicated with our insurance company, and laid out two plans. He also, without fail, kept his word to us throughout the process. By the end of the two processes, we were made whole again and now enjoy two homes with upgraded roofs, exteriors and finishing touches.

There were many different trade crews and subcontractors involved but Vadym and other project managers like Eric kept everything scheduled and moving along and were always available to answer our questions. Each and every crew member who we came in contact with was thorough, professional and respectful. They kept the construction messes to a minimum and cleaned as they worked. But, most of all, it was obvious to us that they took great pride in the quality of their work.

We also want to give a shoutout to some of their office staff. Mike is as conscientious as they come and never failed to follow-up when needed, and Danielle and Sylvia were also both quite helpful.

And best of all, everything was completed just as promised.

All in all, it was a good experience and 1st Priority definitely earned a 5-star review from us!

On May 30th, 2024, we had a hailstorm that totaled our roof and gutters. I knew upon impact of the golf sized hail, that we needed to replace our roof. Over the next week, I looked for a roofing company with many 5 star reviews and 1st Priority had amazing reviews. After reaching out to the main office, I received a phone from Bryan about coming out to inspect our roof. He was professional and even checked our other properties for us. He gave us a fair quote and even quoted us without talking to our insurance. Other companies refused to give us a quote unless they had a direct hand in insurance claims. We knew that he is trustworthy and moved forward with 1st priority. Communication was great and they completed the roofing job in one day and the gutters another day. I went up to inspect the roof and was very impressed with the quality of work they provided. I highly recommend Bryan and 1st priority to replace your roof!

The wait for materials and scheduling the job was unexpectedly quick. It was very much appreciated how the process of going through my home insurance worked.

I had 1st Priority Roofing come out and perform a whole roof replacement that had been damaged due to some severe hail and tornado. I'd like to give them 5 stars, but unfortunately they're like every other contracting company.

The process started out great with solid communication with the sales person. He got me the quote, options, walked through the insurance process, and made everything feel easy. As soon as I gave them a deposit for the roof, however, everything changed. All of the clear communication was gone. I consistently asked for updates on when the project would begin, but was repeatedly told that I'd hear by the end of the day. It wasn't until a few weeks later when I started calling everyone in the company I possibly could and voiced frustration until I finally got an answer. Magically everything was lined up to happen the next week.

The construction was fairly straight forward. Good prep work, worked fast (showed up early and stayed late - probably 6am - 9pm. I was very happy with the clean up, only a few nails found here and there, but overall a good job well done.

Only thing that was frustrating was the contracted crew crushed one of my brand new downspouts that I just had replaced. I notified the project manager, but nothing was ever done or offered as compensation.

I've also emailed a couple times post construction for a few additional items, but have been ghosted entirely. Again, I'd like to give 5 stars for the work performed, but unfortunately it wasn't.

Immediately after posting my review I was contacted about my frustrations. Eric, worked with me to get the outstanding repair on the downspout repaired immediately. Most times a company will just say sorry and do nothing, so I greatly appreciate 1st Priority trying to make things right.

Still a little flustered that it took a review for something to happen, but still am glad they were willing to come through even when the job was already done. That's a 5 star company.

I am Very pleased and happy how smooth 1st Priority handled everything Very Professional! After a crazy Hail Storm we had here in Colo Springs, Vadym showed up the same day after Hail stopped explained the process, how they will take care of everything the hail damaged and they will deal with the Insurence company, and let me tell you Props to their Team!!! They battled with the insurence company back and forth a few times and my final estimate came back 4x higher then the initial estimate the insurence gave me!!! Vadym worked with me on the schedule, everything was done on timely matter as they scheduled all the trades, solar, roofing, gutter, etc. Now my home looks amazing after few color changes and upgrades. Once again big thanks to Vadym for being punctual, from 7am meetings and other days 7pm walk through to make sure everything was done up to expectation! 10/10!!!!

After meeting with four different roofers to evaluate my roof, I decided to work with Vadym from First Priority Roofing. Vadym was amazing. He is the only one of the four roofers who took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and help me work with my insurance company. If he hadn’t helped me with my insurance company, the other three roofers had said that the insurance would not cover the hail and wind damage to my roof. He spent extra time, took lots of pictures, sent the pictures into my insurance company, talked to the adjuster at the insurance company to explain to them why it should be covered under my insurance. Because of him and his thorough documentation of my roof, and the extra time that he spent in gathering pictures and descriptions of the damage, the insurance company covered it. He also got my roof scheduled very quickly. The roofers came and worked a very long day and did an excellent job to replace my roof. They also installed and painted new gutters, which were also covered by the insurance company. I am very happy with the whole process and will definitely recommend Vadym and his company to all my friends.

Vadym replaced my roof 2024. He is a very honest businessman. He came out in 2022 and inspected my roof and stated that it did not need replacing at that time. Climbed up on my roof himself and took pictures. After some torrential rain and hail that hit later that year I noticed granulars all around my house. I had Vadym come out again over a year later and he said it needed replacing. I have heard a lot of stories where the roofer comes and says it's so bad so they can get the job. In Vadym's case he said the honest thing....I could have definitely (by that time) just simply got a different roofer, and he knew that. The job is done. They were prompt, and thorough and Eric the project manager communicated very well with me. There was a slight mishap with my hot tub cover that got damaged that day unfortunately. But yet again the stand up businessman very simply rectified the issue without argument. They take cool aerials of the process and then the finished process so you can see how good your roof looks. Ii would endorse Ist Priority roofing over and over again! Great work and honest, hardworking people make this a top company in my opinion! Thank you Vadym!

From start to finish Vadym and his team provided excellent communication so I knew exactly what to expect and what any concerns might be. Even during the installation I received updates on the progress and then after it was completed Vadym showed up to use a drone to take pictures and make sure my yard was clean and the job was done to my satisfaction. The installation team also showed great care of my yard and spread tarps all around the house and used huge magnets to pick up nails and miscellaneous debris from the yard. I’m happy to heartily recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I called 1st Priority Roofing for a roof inspection and Vadym inspected my roof early the next day. He produced a detailed report and found that my roof was in great shape.

Had this company come by my house. The project consultant was very rude and pushy. When I told him that he would have to talk to my hubby when he gets home. So with that being said I will not use them. If you have people going door to door after a big storm and representing your company make sure when the wife says you will have to talk to my hubby that he does not start arguing with the home owner. So your project consultant Bryan Meadows just lost you a customers.

Superior work fixing our house’s chimney that was leaking. Our Tudor house is over 130 years old and my wife and I give it enough tender loving care to keep it in good shape. One of our worst fears is damages cause by water. Once we realized what was happening with the chimney, we called 1st priority who sent someone immediately. The job was costed out, scheduled and done in record time at an affordable price. What a relief! I will call them any time to work on our roof.

Called yesterday to get repair of an active leak that is soaking the inside of my house. Was given a next day appointment with a three hour range. Verified they had my correct phone and email. Rearranged my work day to be home, not easy for a teacher. They never showed, never emailed, called, or sent a text. I called them and was told “they aren’t available right now, I’ll give them a message”.

I had an appointment that was confirmed three different times and then no one ever showed up. When I called inquiring about where they were, I was asked to indicate who had referred me and where I had found the company??? I was told a supervisor was unavailable and would call me back. Eight hours later, no call or acknowledgment that there was a no-show for my appointment.

This was our first roof replacement, and the 1st Priority team guided us every step of the way. Robert came out immediately to inspect our hail damage. He talked us through the claims process and coordinated with solar to schedule around the winter weather. Eric, Marcelo, and the crew replaced the roof in just two days, ensuring it was watertight. And Sylvia, in accounts, made the payment process easy. It was a great group effort, and we're very happy with our new roof!

Danny W. and the crew did a phenomenal job with replacing our roof, gutters and siding that were damaged by hail. They went above and beyond to ensure that our house was good as new. Great company. Easy to work with and did a great job on the roof including clean up after. Highly recommended.

I called 1st Priority because they had high ratings on google. Robert came by to look at my gutter which needs to be replaced. He was very nice but his main thing was trying to convince me to have my roof redone for hail damage. I said we’d consider it but for now I needed a quote to replace the gutter. He said he’d get that to me. I emailed him later to confirm he’d be sending the quote and he confirmed he would. Two days passed with nothing. I emailed him again with no response. I called their office and they said he wasn’t available and they’d give him the message. It’s now been a week and I still haven’t received a quote for my gutter. I guess all they’re interested in doing are the big jobs and not helping a customer who just needs a gutter replaced. I’m sure they do good work but I’ll never know.

Dealing with a roof leak is stressful. Phillip was friendly and low pressure. He took the time to conduct a thorough inspection and offered an alternative solution. I would use this company again.

I have lived in the Colorado Springs area for over 30 years & during that time have had to have 3 new roofs installed .
My experience with 1st Priority has definitely been a refreshing experience. I called 1st Priority because of a leak I had after a hard rain . They sent Vadym Shvets, who inspected my roof & informed me that I had some hail & wind damage & that I should file a claim with my home insurance co. Vadym assisted me with my insurance claim & while on site he sealed areas that were suspected of causing the leak .
When the claim was approved by the insurance co , Vadym made several trips to the house with roofing samples & spent a considerable amount of time assisting my Wife & I in picking out shingle style & color .
I received calls & email from Sylvia Sweeney at the main office to verify my information & to keep me informed of their scheduled & what to expect & what I needed to do to be ready for roof installation .
On the day installation was to start I received a visit from Mike Schubert , Construction Supervisor & his assistant Marcelo . They both checked with me every day on the progress of the installation & the upcoming schedule.
When the roof was completed the clean up & the roof installation was inspected by Mike , Marcelo & Vadym by actually going on the roof & by drone .
Everyone including the install crew were very professional, polite , displayed a sincere & professional attitude .I highly recommend 1st Priority if you need roof repairs ,& replacement of roof & gutters
