1st priority had an expert Roof Inspector named Danny who was prompt and helped me make an informed decision about my roof replacement. He answered all my questions and explained the process thoroughly. 1st priority reached out to me personally to inspect my roof, and I wasn’t disappointed in the decision. The roof looks amazing and the work was complete in one day. The mess was picked up by the time I returned home from work. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this fine company

Danny W. really went above and beyond on not just one but two roofing projects for us. One was a house we were selling that needed the roof replaced and second on a house we recently purchased. It was discovered very soon after we moved in that our roof and guttering needed replaced due to a previous hailstorm. He worked endlessly with our realtor and coordinated with the former owners to get the repairs approved. Danny is very easy to work with, honest and diligent. Performed all work as agreed in a timely manner. Excellent clean up. I could not afford a tip so I made brownies for all the workers. They earned them and more. 1st Priority Roofing is a very professional, full service company. From their initial inspection of my roof after a hail storm through the installation of the new roof and gutters they have been extremely helpful. My insurance adjuster initially denied a new roof. 1st Priority went to bat for me and helped me get another adjuster to come out and take a look who then approved the new roof. I highly recommend this company. They were incredible throughout this entire process.

Adam, with 1st Priority Roofing, came out and looked and found there was definitely enough, and he could get work with my insurance company to get it taken care of… and he DID!!! He called my insurance company FOR me (while I sat with him for verification) and started the whole process! I had no idea what I was doing but he did, so this helped alleviate stress right away. And this was just the beginning process!! Adam was available for any and all questions I had, even if I was asking the same one again. ALWAYS kind and very knowledgeable. He communicated EVERY step of the way just as I had asked (email and text – phone calls get missed). He worked with MY schedule when we did need to meet. We set a date for material drop off, roof install and gutter work and there was no lag, no moving dates and they got everything done in the time frame given – actually EARLY!! After the roofing was completed, the crew cleaned everything up so quickly it was like they hadn’t even been there… I was truly shocked and SOOOO impressed!! Robert helped greatly with everything from the initial appointment where he helped call insurance company to get claim started to the end where he checked to make sure roof looked good and I was happy with everything. Installers were done in less than 1 day which included clean up. Great all around service from Robert and everyone else involved.

We worked with Brody and he was very responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible in accordance with our needs. The work was done in a timely fashion. Our only hold up was that though our paperwork said that we needed vents added and new boards over the porch, that information was not relayed to the roofers which led us to have to purchase those materials for the roofers to install. Apart from this issue, we enjoyed working with 1st Priority and would recommend their services to others wishing to get their roof replaced.

My insurance agent, has done business with this company with positive feedback. In setting up appt. with agent/Robert. who on my schedule set up appt, and was timely and professional. In needing a new roof, Robert was very good at answering all questions in layman terms to my satisfaction. Roofers completed the installation in two days, and did a good job on cleaning up. My recommendation is if your looking for great people to work with, get with Silvia, and Robert thru 1st Priority Kansas.

I was impressed by the professionalism of all who were involved both Robert who worked with us and our insurance people as well as the installers who seemed to be nice, conscientious, and very hard workers. They showed up to the house in a timely manner, had the work completed in one day, and everything cleaned up. I give this company the full 5 stars and recommend them highly. 1st Priority does great work. They were on time and cleaned up every day. I was happy with my new roof and new gutters and will use them again if I ever need work done. I also referred them to friends and family when they need it.

These guys are great to work with. Robert really knows his stuff. Actually told me the truth, after the inspection told me I was fine and had nothing to worry about. So I didn’t actually need them. But when I do I promise you this. 1st Priority is the company I’m using.
