1st Choice Roofing - Abingdon, MD

January 2021-They replaced my roof and 2 months later it was leaking. Could not get a response from anyone after constantly calling, leaving numerous messages to no avail. Storm of 2021 made it worse....Again calling and calling to have them come repair leak as to thier warranty even tho a year had not even past yet and the roof was leaking. nobody from 1st choice roofing as trying to honor thier own warranty for the faulty work that was performed to my roof. After 3 weeks of calling post storm, someone finally answers, sends some guys up on the roof to where they just stuffed all the leaves and debris from the storm DOWN my drain causing it to clogg and said they don't clean gutters and left. Never addressing the leak, just stuffed leaves down my spout. Kept calling them over and over again throughout the year. Roof continues to leak today as they keep saying they are coming out to repair it Friday, Friday comes and they never come out...just keep promising to come...for over a year now!!! Now my ceilings, walls and floors are all damaged due to this leak 1st choice never addressed from day 1. I'm constantly calling and leaving messages, finally the Forman got back to me (approx 3/1/22)stating AGAIN they're gonna come out-this never happened..they did the empty promising game again for 3 weeks straight, then got mad at me for saying I'm getting legal involved and said go head it's not our fault. Called AGAIN Monday 3/21/22 I spoke with a Forman who stated they are coming out this Thursday..today is wendsday let's see if the game starts again..meanwhile every rain..my house takes a hit. AS 1ST CHOICE CHOOSES TO IGNORE THEIR WARRANTY! see few of many pics. At this point I believe black mold has developed behind walls..Any attorneys seeing this..please contact me for a potential case!

TO ALL ROOFING MATERIALS SUPPLIER in Maryland area. . . Christopher Joseph Delmaro came into our Superior Distribution Branch in Beltsville MD asking for a roofing delivery that he assured he was coming to pay for the order the same day of the delivery. We trusteed him as he has a COD Account open under the name of 1St CHOICE ROOFING/ALLIED ROOFING and his materials were dispatch without having payment. These delivery was done on 4/15/21 and until this day he has not come in to pay for these materials. He continues to lie over and over saying that he stop by to honor payment and he never does. TO ALL THE SUPPLIER BE VERY CAREUL WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL.

Chris wrote a contract to repair my roof leak for $1500 with this warranty.

"WARRANTY: Upon completion of all work; entire roof is under full warranty against all leaking labor and material for the period of (5) years from date of work completion by First Choice Roofing"

A week after, it still leaks. He said he will come back out to repair it later since his parents are hospitalized for a heart attack but NO SHOW.
