I contacted 1st Amazon after having a leak on a roof I had previously been scammed on replacing twice. The owner was very transparent didn't over promise anything. She sent pictures and communicated dates and times and stuck to the schedule.

I was on social media and came across 1st Amazon due to a person recommending them for roof repair/replacement. I reached out to 1st Amazon and from the very beginning I experienced exceptional customer service from Krystal. This was my first roof replacement and she guided me though the process. She made it very easy to for me to get my HOA approval letter as well. The responses from emails and returned calls were always done promptly. The crew showed up early which worked out well for me and they did an excellent job with a great cleanup afterwards. The work and experience was that great that now I am looking to have 1st Amazon do some additional things around my home. The gift bag left at my door was a nice gesture as well. I contacted 1st Amazon about an ongoing roof leak. Krystal the owner was fabulous. She scheduled a visit for an estimate of the job immediately. Her crew was at my house assessing the work in 2 days. I received the estimate the same day and the work was completed 3 days later. They responded immediately to our inquiry and even sent someone to observe the property on their own time before we scheduled a formal consultation. Had our gutter come down in a storm. They were able to come out same day to reinstall. Unfortunately, the gutter was not save-able so they provided a great price for new gutter and got it installed asap!

I called this company and they came out the same day and did the estimate, helped me with the insurance company. I sign the contract on a Wed and they were done a day later. The process was soooo smooth and professional and the communication was superb. I definitely highly recommend them and I will use them again
