Although we didn't end up going with 1907 Roofing, not due to their fault at all. I'm sure we will end up regretting it too, as we went a cheaper route to maximize the insurance check to cover more of the things we needed to fix and replace, which included more than just the roof. This company is wonderful to work with, not only professionally, but proficiently. Your only regret will be not going with them.

I recently had a roof leak due to the higher amount of rain we have been receiving. I reached out to Kevin at 1907 and I couldn’t ask for a better 5 star service. After all the annoying roofing companies knocking on my door wanting to replace my roof due to severe hailstorm, finally someone showed up willing to talk to me in a reasonable manner. Gunnar from 1907 Roofing explained my situation after inspecting roof and my limited options. He was honest, easy to talk to, and empathetic. Mike is always great to work with. He came over one night past 10 pm in the pouring rain to help me with a leaking water exhaust in our roof for a temporary fix to keep the water from leaking any more into our house. The company had done numerous houses in our neighborhood, and they all look expiration. I’ve never heard anything bad about the work or people.

Got a new roof from this company three years ago and got a leak already. Climbed on the roof to check it out and found shingles not completely nailed down in places and some nail heads that didn't get sealed. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if i could contact them but their phone number doesn't seem to work. 10/10 would not recommend.

I can not say enough great things about 1907. I used them for roof replacement and the entire process was seamless. Wow! An honest, reliable company! We had a repairman come out a few months ago to check out the seal on our windows and told us that our roof was damaged and about to leak!! We got our insurance agent out twice and he said it was cosmetic but didn't give us details! We got Grant Alexander and his sister Cara Alexander to inspect our roof (for FREE!!) and they ended up telling us that we actually didn't have damage --BUT they explained why the initial guy thought we had damage! Wow! If we DO get another round of hail, I'm definitely calling 1907 Roofing and asking for Grant and Cara!

And on top of it all we found out that Grant just graduated college and commissioned as a United States Marine Corps Officer! He's waiting for his orders now for training but in the meantime he's working hard with his sister and this company to provide great service to customers! HIGHLY recommend!

That describes my experience with 1907 Roofing. I was preparing to list my house for sale in February 2024 and had 1907 take a look to see if an insurance claim was possible.

Sam with 1907 was in charge of my case and he took care of everything. He highlighted all of the damaged areas, worked with the insurance company, and coordinated the install.

In fact, the direct quote from my SafeCo insurance adjuster was "1907 did all of the work for me". What he meant was that the crew had done a great job identifying the damage and walking him through it.

The claim was processed and work was completed in a day. 1907 is truly a professional operation. I am grateful for 1907 and the awesome job they did. Thank you Sam and 1907!

The absolute best service, remove all debris. Expert craftsmanship and detail for all your construction projects. I believe this company goes above and beyond with all their customers. Get a free estimate and see for yourself!

Roof was done fine and timely. The work was mostly cleaned up with minimal nails and other debris found in the yard after they left.

My concerns are to do with 1907 acting as a GC to see the rest of my claim through. Two of their three subcontractors for other items on my claim which were NOT the roof were not up to par.

Prior to the guttering subcontractor coming out I asked 1907's GC to verify with them the extents of the guttering to be done. "If it was there before it will be put back as it was" was all I got in response. A large section of guttering was missed - and another was added where it wasn't before. This added a downspout in the yard creating a hole in the yard. I didn't want it removed because the fascia board would have had all the new holes for attachment which would need to be repaired. The guttering subcontractor had to come back out one more time to finish the work properly.

Their man-door subcontractor installed the door with major gaps around the door. He came back and raised the door to a new location. This just moved the gap to the bottom and the locks/latches were in a different location than before and he chewed up the jamb studs with a speed bit and filled in the original latch locations with putty. 1907 eventually sent a different contractor to replace it again.

Very disappointed in their sub contractors and in 1907's project manager to not listen to my requests to verify things prior to beginning. Ultimately, things were done to my satisfaction, but this caused the duration of my work to be extended for quite a long time.

Vladimir and crew did a great job on the two homes they roofed for us! Would recommend and will use again.

and kept us informed all through the process. His crew was professional, worked hard, cleaned up everything afterwards. It was just a great experience.

Trent and Sam did a fantastic job for us on our roof replacement, start to finish. They were polite, punctual and knowledgeable about every step of this process. They went above and beyond dropping off shingle samples to my front door, and IMMEDIATELY addressed the one issue the roofing crew accidentally created. It took me some time to calm down to write this post. In the beginning Sam and Trent were awesome. They reached out abs responded in such a timely manner. It took my insurance about 100 days to even get my claim approved but those 2 stuck by us. They came out multiple times to get new images done to send to my insurance company. When we finally got the claim sprouted we scheduled for things to start the first of the month. The first came and no one called or showed up. I honestly forgot myself as well. I remember when someone came by and dropped off the supplies. Which then I reached out to one of the gentlemen around 2pm. They responded quickly letting me know they got caught up in another project and would start the following day. The crew showed up and got to work out was great. It ended up turning into 2 days to get it done but they definitely made me aware. Now here's where the rating went from a 5 to a 4. I paid them in full once the project was complete. I was informed the paperwork would be sent to my insurance company. Low and behold 10 days later no one had sent anything. I called and text them both stating they would get it taken care of that day and get back to me. No one called or texted me back. So I ended up calling the office and Cole (I believe he said he was the GM of the company,
he was AWESOME) contacted me back within minutes. You could tell every customer meant something to him. You don't get that from a lot of GM's. Within minutes from hanging up I got emails with the completion documents and final invoice from the company. I sent it to my insurance shortly after. I got an email from them within the hour and my funds deposited to my debit card by 3pm.

I'm not in the business of baking good people and I know we are human and make mistakes. Overall their team did a great job. And I hope my neighbors get their referral check for to use towards gifts!!

We recently had hail damage during the April Hailstorm, Sam Pittman and 1907 Roofing did an excellent job of working with our insurance company and replacing the roof in a timely manner & properly cleaned up upon completion.

We worked with my nephew, Sam Pittman at 1907 Roofing for our office roofing reinstallation. I am an architect and I appreciate the product quality and installation. Sam worked our insurance provider in a timely manner and our site was cleaned up well afterwards

Mike Rhodes was extremely helpful!! I’m an insurance agent and he was able to explain the difference between class 4 Hail resistant shingles 30 year and 20 year life’s on each! Very important when determining ACV and COI insurance penalties for the depreciation of the roof depending on what type of shingle.

He helped with filling all our insurance claims, worked with our insurance agent to get everything squared away. They ended up sending extra crew to complete our replacement before another storm hit. Cleanup was also flawless. We are very happy customers, don’t go with a fly by roofing company, use someone that is local and trusted. 1907 is 5 stars!
