What more can I say that hasn’t already been said. I had never submitted a home insurance and to have the first time be due to a hailstorm - yikes!

Jose walked me through what the process would be with the insurance company and made sure someone was there with the adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. Jose patiently answered all of my questions and was very timely with responses. He made sure I understood the payment process with the insurance company, everything his company needed to do, what order things would be done and why, etc., and he communicated with me the entire way.

I’ll definitely call 123 Remodeling and Roofing again for any future projects and I highly recommend them. Thanks, Jose.

UPDATE: 123 Roofing and Remodeling was referred to me by a neighbor. They did not knock on my door during the barrage of solicitors I received in the days following the hailstorm and that was the main reason I went with them [not saying that knocking on the door is bad, but there were so many high pressure “salesmen”, I was overwhelmed].

123 replaced part of my fence, stained everything to match and did an r-panel overlay to reinforce a portion of the fence that had been breeched by a neighbor's dog. Really impressed with the quality and timeliness of work. They were very responsive to questions and pricing was competitive. Will definitely reach out to them for future projects!

123 Remodeling did an AWESOMELY AMAZING job, installing my Dad's new roof!!! I highly recommend them. They were on time, fast and efficient! My parents hadn't had the roof replaced in over 15 yrs. This company did a great job with my home! First project they turned my garage into a bedroom and guest bathroom. Removed the door leading to the garage and turned it into a hallway. I ended up changing the plans slightly but before it was too late and they worked with me every step of the way. Had them remodel my master bathroom as well and they did great. I will definitely be using them again for upcoming remodeling projects. Communication is perfect as well, if you have a random question they answer quickly and don't leave you guessing...something I really appreciate. Dawson thank you and your crew.

Excellent crew! I excellent work!!! No matter how many times I changed my mind, Jose was patient and understanding. The work and price were great. Very adaptable to a changing scope and beautiful work. Hired them to do the living room, but ended up using the to do the kitchen, back patio and 2 bathrooms. Thanks for the great work and great price!!!

I reached out to this company a year before the work began for a quote. Not only was the price much better than the other 3 companies I reviewed, but this was the only company that offered me Hardee-Plank as opposed to insulated vinyl. They honored their quote and now a year later I am constantly told how nice job is land how beautiful my home looks from my neighbors. They were very professional, very punctual and kept me informed of every move. They did a wonderful job! This company does more than siding, so I look forward to working with them on future projects!

Jose and his crews have worked on my home, my sister's house, and my mom's home. Jose Beltran and the 123 crew replaced my siding, gutters and roof. They were so amazing! They were so fast and thorough with every detail. Every employee was courteous and kind. They kept the job site very clean. The cost was reasonable too. I had an amazing experience.

123 Remodeling & Roofing installed new siding on my home. From the initial meeting, they were very professional. They walked me thru the process and what to expect, provided an accurate start an finish date. While the work was going on, I was in constant contact with the manager. He answered all the questions I had in a timely manner.

The crew that installed the siding was very good. Even to the point where they saw me pulling up to the garage in the back of the house, a member a crew hurried to the back of the house to sweep the driveway off and ensure there were no nails or debris that prevented me from pulling into my garage.

The crew took a lot of pride in their work. Once they were done, they gave me an unofficial walk thru to point out how well they had done on the house. The official walk-thru came later after the house was painted and all the work was completed.

I highly recommend this this company for your siding work! My experience was very positive.

123 Remodeling did a fantastic siding project for me. They were professional, reliable and honest. I love my new siding and will call them for all remodeling projects in the future.

Jose and his crew did a great job on my house. They removed old siding and replaced it with James Hardie planked siding and it looks great. They also replaced siding on my shed and removed some brick columns that I no longer wanted on my property. They also replaced my front door and sidelights and put in new stair rails and spindles. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They were truly professional and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the job that they did.

Great job replacing old vinyl siding with James Hardie fiber cement planks.

I am very happy with the work they did on my house. The old vinyl siding and the original siding had to be removed. Decking had to be added to the house since Hardie Plank is heavier than vinyl siding.
They painted the planking with Sherwin Williams paint, the color of my choice. They also painted the garage door to match the new siding color.
They coordinated with the window installers and everything was completed within a week. There were no problems.
The house looks great. I would definitely hire them for other jobs.
