123 remodeling crew is fantastic! They went above and beyond to take care of the damage to my home. They are excellent communicators and help break everything down so that it is easy to understand what you are getting and they make sure that you are happy with the end product before they complete the job. I have used them on 2 major projects now and I would definitely recommend!

I’ve used Chris and 123 for 2 projects- one after a huge hail storm(roof, gutters, etc) and the other was a room enclosure where they also put a roof on my pergola. Fantastic crew at 123. They walked us through the entire process of repairing storm damage and roof replacement. They were extremely helpful and very responsive with us and the insurance company. Felt more like working with a family friend than a contractor. We work out of state and they were always happy to work around our wild schedules so we could be around. They were even able to get our new roof up before the birth of our son. It was great to bring him home to a house with a safe leak free roof before the frigid winter.

This company does quality work and they are very responsive to your questions and to your timelines. Very knowledgeable in repairing a not so easy rotting fascia board and finding paint that matched old paint perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Very professional!

Great to find an honest roofing company. They initially estimated my roof repair at $1000 but reduced it to $600 when they got into it and realized they had overestimated. Most companies would have gone ahead and charged the higher amount and I would have never known.

I won’t use anyone else! High quality work and highly professional staff. I’ve used them for a new roof, new guttering, new sky lights, and today, new windows! I trust them with everything! Thank you, guys!

Aaron took care of us from the get go! He fought our insurance company, and made sure to get us what we needed covered, when the insurance company just wanted to pay for the bare minimum! Once everything settled with insurance, their company was out the next day replacing and remodeling our home just the way we envisioned it! There truly isn’t anyone better than this company! I had a great experience with this company. They came to the house and went to work. Chris and Chris and Aaron got everything rolling. Chris D worked with the insurance company too get what I needed to get my roof done. It was more than I expected it too be. Chris, Kris, and Aaron and their team were AMAZING! They are the most responsive and communicative contractors I've ever worked with. They did an amazing job discussing our needs, scheduling, keeping us updated with weather delays, and putting the completely new, high quality roof on our 50-year-old house that has a lot of quirks... We can enjoy listening to the rain again! They were also very quick and helpful to fill out the various rebate and discount forms for insulation and for our insurance company for the upgrade to a higher strength roofing material. We will be using them whenever possible in the future for any remodeling and repair needs and I have been recommending them to all my friends and coworkers!

Fast, communicative and on time. I really enjoyed working with this professional crew. We had a tricky installation project and they tackled it with ease. I received zero excuses from them and the project went smoothly.

This is my first time having to get a roof redone and not only did they do a great job, the level of customer service was absolutley SUPBERB. There are a lot of roofing compaines that are just in it for the money, but this company actually cares deeply about their customers. The crew explained every they did in a way I could understand and took care of me every step of the way. They are professional, friendly, and work well with your insurance company to get the most on claims when it comes to weather damage. They go the extra mile and are beyond patient with the hoops an insurance company makes you jump through. I would use them again in a heartbeat even for non-insurance related repairs and updates. Most important, their roofing, siding and gutter work is on point.

I’ve used 123 for many jobs and can’t recommend them enough. First, they knew how to negotiate with the adjuster to make sure all the damage was repaired and covered by insurance . Second, the work they did was awesome. They also get the job done quickly.

Aaron and Chris were fantastic from start to on-time, on-budget finish for a new roof. The job included improving drainage away from our chimney, replacing gutters & screens, and replacing all venting. Communication was direct and clear. They worked well with myself and my insurance representative. Their crew was efficient and left almost no trace that they were ever there. If I could give six stars I would, but since I can't I'll just give my strongest POSITIVE recommendation. Three Cheers for 123!

123 Remodeling has done a few major jobs for me in recent years. I've been really happy with each. They replaced my roof, and completed several indoor remodeling projects. These guys are fair, honest, thorough and very professional. I'll definitely call Aaron and Chris for the remodeling that I hope to complete soon.
