123 Exteriors

We recently had 123 Exteriors install all new roofs on a 90 unit condo complex. They did excellent work !! No detail was too small and John Magner worked with us every step of the way. The crew worked tirelessly, professionally and the clean up was fantastic. I would highly recommend their company.

Although, they could not take on my job, I was referred to a company that can get me a quote. That is good customer service!

Everything was done in a timely fashion. Weather caused a Saturday installation but we were updated on this possibility ahead of time. Installation was quick and excellent. The crew was professional and worked hard all day. Clean-up was amazing. My husband and I highly recommend this company!

We had a new roof and gutters installed. Excellent customer service from the first phone call to the very end. The installers were on time, efficient, and cleaned up the area great. I never saw any of the installers smoking or cursing while working. They were accommodating with our kids when they needed to leave the house and return to the house from school.
