I personally did not have a good experience with this company as they said they would replace my roof and many other items. They replaced my roof and never heard anything back from them until they demanded payment. I never seen a inspector come either. After they received there payment for the roof never another call or follow up for the other repairs. I will never use them again as they promised they will fight the insurance company for further repairs.

Roof inspection and quote was done in a timely manner. Roof installation was scheduled three times. Two of the scheduled dates the crew didn't show up and I had to call to find out why. When the roof installation was done I was told that it would be done by 3:00, it was finished at 6:30. No one kept me updated on the finishing time. Bottom line is communication could have been much better.

I am highly satisfied with 12 stones. Thomas was great. Highly knowledgeable, responsive, and happy to assist me. He took care of all my questions and assured me on all my concerns. Thank you. I highly recommended 12 stones and Thomas.
