The transformation is absolutely stunning. The team was incredibly attentive to our vision and offered great design suggestions, especially when it came to maximizing space. They helped us pick out the perfect cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash, and the craftsmanship of the installation is flawless. The kitchen feels bigger, brighter, and so much more functional now. The team worked efficiently, and the project was completed on schedule, which is always a big plus. Issac had a killer personality, love work to work with them again!

I called 1Home Construction to schedule an estimate for new flooring and a stair remodel, hoping to move forward with the project by June or July. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing right from the start.

The person who answered the phone gave quick, short responses and came across with a definite attitude. When I mentioned our timeline, I was told they aren’t scheduling jobs more than three weeks out due to tariffs — which I understand to a point, but it seemed like a blanket excuse to avoid planning ahead. What really threw me off was how quickly the call ended. No effort to ask more about the project, no offer to follow up later — just a quick goodbye and that was it.

If you’re not even willing to schedule a visit to talk through options, how do you expect people to consider working with you? It felt like they didn’t want the business at all. Disappointing, especially when we were ready to move forward with the right contractor.

I hired them to remodel our office, and they did an amazing job. I wanted the space to feel more modern and inviting for our clients, and they really understood what I was going for. They updated the floors, cabinets and even helped me figure out a better layout for the front desk area.

Hello 1home construction You guys did an amazing job for me. And for the general public, I’ve had multiple contractors come out to my property and provide me with estimates. And majority of them made me feel like they were selling me something and forcing me to do something I did not want 1home construction and the crew came out. Listen to what I wanted And gave me an amazing experience, they were very professional. They were on time as they disclosed for my bathroom remodel. Alfonso and Eduardo did an amazing job. They were very respectful and made sure with the full scope of work with me as well while they were working the project. I would definitely highly recommend 1home construction thank you for your great work and professionalism

1 home construction to me is like a nightmare. Work was done at night, the quality of work and materials are at best mediocre. You can see all the nail holes in the cabinets also tiny chips are forming. I was told I would have a kitchen a great kitchen. Its been a little over a month and the my stainless steel sink is starting to rust my faucet is leaking. They measured wrong I didn’t get all that was contracted. It took almost 3 weeks to get my final completion contract to send to the insurance company. There was much more however in my opinion I received a cheap kitchen, and the reason I think it was done at night is because the guys that did the work had day jobs and this was there side hustle. Please just be careful to what they say and what you get! Made in Vietnam ( would that be considered china built) oh if it is should have been much cheaper! 1 more thing everyone spoke Spanish horrible communication!

It all started because of a leak from our kids bathroom /shower upstairs.
The insurance company wanted 4 estimates, and they were all over the place low balled to extremely high, with all kinds of promises. 1Home construction was right in the middle and the owner Isaac is truly amazing.
We liked him from the minute we met him, you just know when it just feels right!! We were torn between two companies, but Isaac professionalism and willingness to help was so genuine we wanted someone like him to help us with our remodel. Isaac was willing to support us with the insurance company where the other companies were not. He was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, respectful and always answered his phone, WOW.
He negotiated with the insurance company and never once dropped the ball; he was truly there from beginning to end. We cannot thank him enough. I feel like he’s family. Moving right along, yes, we are signing the contract to begin. So we also decided to do a full home renovation with him as well once we got everything secured and completed with the insurance company.
Isaac, Alfonso (project manager) and lalo show up to discuss the job. I ask when they will start the reply is next week, I am so pleased I thought it would be longer, I received a call later that day asking if they can begin demolition the following day, YES SIR. Alfonso and his team come to the house and the demolition begins, lalo is amazing, very forthcoming, and informative. Communication was on point with everyone Isaac visits during the job to make sure things are going smoothly. Alfonso is also very caring, and you just know he wants it to be perfect, which is awesome, kudos to a Project Manager that manages his jobs perfectly.
The demo is done and time for the tile work, lalo is superb, well skilled in tile work, uses levels on the walls and answers all my questions and I never ever felt rushed, even with all the work he had to do. He was here for 5 days, he is truly meticulous, it must be perfect, when he put the floor down in the shower, I changed my mind on the grout color, he was so concerned that I would not like it, I loved it and so glad I chose to change colors. Lalo honestly is caring as if it were his own shower, he would share in our joy once a wall was completed and share that he likes it as well, so personable, knowledgeable, and clean too!
I will use 1HOME Construction, again when we are ready to do our kitchen and I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends.

After a bad experience with another constructions companies that waisted our time and money im glad i found the right guy to renovated our home/kitchen and bathroom.
It all started from the first min i felt how honest they are and gave me a pro explanation what going to happen how and how long its gonna take. The crew are very professional and nice people to have in your house for few weeks.

We hired 1Home Construction to help with remodeling of our master and guest bathrooms. We initially had 4 other contractors come out to provide a quote but ultimately went with Isaac due to his knowledge and flexibility. He also provided a very reasonable quote and did his best to work within our budget. We also enjoyed the flexibility of shopping for our own vanities and he even got us good prices on the items we picked. Issac came out to check on the progress often and is extremely responsive. His team is also extremely punctual and our renovation was completed within two weeks. Any issues were resolved quickly within a day or so. It's been a couple weeks since completion and my family and I are in love with our new bathrooms. Strongly recommend!
