I use Core 1 for plumbing 4 pedicures chairs and 3 sink installation. They work in the evening to keep the noise level down during the day. The guys left my area clean and everything in place when they were done. Also, I received a 1 year warranty for their work. Very impressed with the quality of work performed.

Got a backdoor installed onto my house and a fence put up in my backyard. 1 Core had the best pricing, by a few thousand just for this small project. Workers were polite, professional, and efficient. This will be the first company I get a quote from if/when I get more work done

They put in a new water heater and did some lead testing and cleaned up lead. The company was so professional and communication was a key factor between owner and client. My husband and I have used Julian on several different homes for just about everything under the sun. He never ceases to amaze us. He is our go-to contractor whenever starting a project and out go-to contractor whenever someone needs a recommendation.

The nicest crew you'll ever meet. They did not rush us and gave us time to make choices for items we wanted. They Understood our budget and stayed well within our goal not maxing us out. They were on time everytime. Went to great lengths to Explain in great detail how they will work. What their doing. Why its being done certain way.etc... Left behind a very clean work site. Everyone was a Fast worker actually working. Even took time after they job to grade the land where our basement is; so the rain can go down the hill and not flood our basement. They hauled away old gutters and shingles and put up new ones that looks AWESOME! Never had to worry about trash. We have 6 kids and 2dogs. They took every safety protocol to make sure they were safe before, during, and after the construction when installing roof as the kids were going and coming back from school. We had a hole in your ceiling and it has not leaked an since the work has been done. They sister joist the beam for extra support and put down new ply wood vs. Just going back over the the old one and calling it a day. They did the job right the 1st time so we can live sleep in peace knowing it's mold free. They got to the source of all our problems. We couldn't be more happier to find and use their services and will call them in future when needed.

Great new roof and gutters. Fixed wood rot on back of house and did exterior painting. Great job! His work crew stayed with each project until done. Good feedback on what would be done.

Replaced window. Was very pleased with 1 Core Construction. Liked their professional conduct. Their pleasant manner and the care they took in covering everything to avoid any dust or dirt. They caulked all around the outside and inside of the window and double checked to make sure no spot was missed. I dare a draft to come through that window this winter! Also, I would have felt completely comfortable to leave the house to do an errand while they were working.

I have hired Julian for many renovations projects... most of them had huge structural challenges involved, such as rebuilding the inside of a burnt-out brick house, and rebuilding the exterior of old commercial buildings. Every time he came through and we pulled off some really beautiful renovations. I especially appreciate his ability to "roll with the punches" found in difficult renovation projects, his ability to work within a budget, and flexibility in the reuse of materials and to problem solve.

Julian stads behind his work, I've never met anyone more ethical and hard working. His knowlegdge and experience can be seen through his impecable work. All the work through the years has been done by him, and I wouldn't hire anyone else.

I have nothing but praise for this company. They are very professional, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I haf my roof replaced, ceiling fans installed, a new sliding door put in, and a handicap ramp installed leading to my front door. Everyone was fast, curteous to my concerns and wants with what was being done, and were more tham happy to adapt to any changes I wanted done. 1. Job was about a year ago. We had a pretty long “wish list” of repairs and installs. All jobs were done very well and to our satisfaction. Everyone was professional and did great work. We’re very happy with 1Core Construction and would use them again without hesitation. And recommend you to use them too for any work you need done. 2. Early spring 2022 was a job changing a wood 10x10 deck to a 10x12 composite deck. 3. About June of 2022 repairing the wood frame around the garage doors. 4. End of July 2022 bathroom remodel. And I love it. Everyone that has come to see it is really impressed and jealous. Julian is great to work with. Makes great suggestions and listen’s to what you want done. I will definitely be giving him more business. And a neighbor asked for his contact info.

They did a great job putting on a new roof and gutters on my house. They redid my drainage in my basement and put in a new sub pump. A wonderful railing on my basement stairs. Also put new windows in my house. The guy doing the work are very nice and work hard to give you their best.

I cannot say enough good things about Julian and his team. Over the years I have had many terrible experiences with contractors to the point that I thought I could diy everything. Poor previous work, unfinished diy projects, and every day wear and tear left me with a quite a mess. Julian and his team came in and accomplished new flooring, replacement doors, new gutters, cabinetry work and updated electrical in a week's time. His team was on-time, efficient and took pride in the job they were doing. I am so appreciative and I look forward to hiring Julian for future projects!

They removed our old roof and replaced it as well as new windows, gutters, soffits and smoke detectors. They did an excellent job. Very professional. Would definitely recommend them.
