I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Eric and his crew after they were done doing the new roof you couldn't even tell they were there they cleaned up so nice. Eric's crew were very very professional and very respectful of my mom's yard and things around it. I've worked with a lot of contractors in the past and Eric by far was the best the best I've ever worked with very professional very courteous and very kind Eric thank you for the great job my mom loves her new roof!!!

After a hail storm had passed through the area, I contacted my insurance company who agreed to a roof replacement. I then contacted three different contractors to get pricing and discuss the process. Zup's Construction was easy to work with, knew the insurance process, and did great quality work. They worked with my insurance company to get the new roof updated to the current building codes, which required new sheathing installed throughout the roof and removed a slight sag which had developed over the years. They were extremely easy to work with, delivered a quality product, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves very well. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone contemplating similar work.

I'm always too lazy to write reviews, but these guys impressed me so much that I want to write a glowing one. They went above and beyond in communication, timeliness, and quality. They went out of their way to provide excellent customer service a few times, especially with explaining the insurance claim process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used Zups for taking off our old gutters and installing new ones. Couldn't beat their prices for new gutters and the whole process was simple and easy. The crew was very professional and our house had new gutters in as little as 4 hours. Highly recommend.

Great experience! I had gutters replaced and the process was so easy. I texted Jeremy who used aerial photos and a couple I took to give me a fast quote. It was easy to pay and get scheduled. The team who showed up were on time, professional and left no mess behind. They even saw a couple issues on my roof and sent me the photos since I can't get up there easily. I appreciated their attention to detail and advice on the job site. Would definitely hire Zups again!

Working with Zups on the tremendous restoration of my house from hail damage was sheer pleasure. It included both a new roof and new siding. The Zups and their teams of subcontractors did excellent work and had a thoroughly positive and professional manner in approaching the project.

After receiving multiple bids from other local roofing companies, it was an easy choice for my wife an I to go with Zup's for our project. Joe did a great job of listening to what we were looking for with our new roof and gutters, made great recommendations on products to use, and provided us with a detailed and competitive bid. He walked me through any added costs we might encounter, like a potential re-deck on our 1928 home (we didn't end up needing this), and answered all of my many questions, before we made the decision to proceed.

From there, Eric and his team took over. He gave me a few details about what the install would look like, and then materials arrived as planned, and their crew was on site early the next day, and had our entire house completely re-roofed that evening. Him and his team did an incredible job cleaning up everything after the work had been completed.

The gutter portion of the job was just as seamless (pun intended) as the roof install. Zup's was flexible on installing gutters on a separate date, once I had finished the soffit and fascia I needed to install. Their team was back at our house on the date planned, and had new gutters hanging within 2 hours.

All-in-all my experience working with Zup's was great from start to finish. They offered competitive pricing, were incredibly easy to communicate with, and most importantly, the new roof and gutters they put on our house were perfectly installed, and look great!

They did a great job on the replacement of our roof. Very nice to work with and the process went very smoothly all the way thru! Would highly recommend them!

Eric and his team are awesome! Eric did the inspection on our roof and was able to give us an estimate in less than 12 hours. After we signed the contract his team came out 5 days later to do the job. The entire roof was replaced in about 8 hours and they did an incredibly thorough job cleaning up each and every nail, it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't found any remnants of roof or nail in our yard.

They also replaced a sliding door for us. The job was done in 5 hours and his guys came out the next day to make sure everything was holding up properly. The previous door was not properly installed and had a lot of water damage. Eric's guys had the knowledge to tell us our options so that we could mitigate our water problem and not have to worry about it again.

We have more projects that we want them to do in the future and look forward to their exceptional service.

Our home required some roof repair. I initially talked with Troy about our project, Eric responded to my other questions, and the very next day Eric came to our home. With our project's limited scope, Eric completed the work exceptionally well that same day. Eric was very patient, professional, and explained his work and approach, which I very much appreciated. In sum, Zups Construction provided a fair price, high quality work, and exceptional customer service, in direct contrast to other roofing companies who provided overpriced estimates without a clear scope of work. I highly recommend Zups for any residential work within their stated expertise.

The contractor from the company was professional in handling the customer's questions and completed quality work. The contractor was enthusiastic in answering the customer's questions with full details. I recommend this company to anyone out there looking for quality work in installing gutters.

If six stars was an option I would give them it. Troy went above and beyond for my Northeast Minneapolis roof installation. My long time roofer visited the site and said it was too difficult, and he quoted $20,000. I knew that was crazy.... so I called the Zups team and asked for help.

They said it was difficult but they could figure it out. Not only did they complete the job for less than 50% of my first quote, they helped me with more than just roofing as this was a complete home remodel. If they couldn't help with a particular specialty, they referred me to experts that could. I later referred them to my neighbor who also had rave reviews. Thanks team Zups!

I was contacted by Zups from a Home Advisor search for an Egress window installation, they have been fantastic! Jeremy was great getting all the details then getting us scheduled, he stay in contact with me through every step. Jeff finished the install today and it looks fabulous! He even went above expectations, we were keeping the dirt to level out an area of the yard and instead of leaving it in a pile, he filled the hole and leveled the area for us! Great price Great customer service, easy to pay invoices...I would recommend them to anyone!

I had an egress window installed and the installer was prompt at 8:30am as promised and done with the install in about 4 hours. They were super communicative during the lead up and answering all my questions. Even texted me back as last as 10pm. The window looks great and even made it fit in the space of my old window. Their price was very standard with egress windows. Definitely will have them back.

What a wonderful experience! I had roofer after roofer come out and give me chapter and verse about how my roof was so complicated the replacement cost would be well above average. Luckily I found Zup's. Troy and Eric were so honest and straightforward and came in at a price much more reasonable than anyone else. The result is beautiful! The crew was efficient, professional and did a great job protecting my gardens and cleaning up the mess.

Had them replace my gutters today, fair price and great work. I will be calling them again for my construction needs.

I've had two major projects done with Zups and I couldn't be happier. My new roof is amazing and (big) my tulips are still standing! Zups crew masterfully repaired and replaced my roof and there is literally no indication that they were here - my yard remains in perfect order. I recommend Zups - they are incredibly professional, affordable, practical and friendly.

I have on several occasions tried to do business with Zups Construction. They tell me they are coming to do an estimate and not show...then when I show mild annoyance they then tell me they decided my job was too small. They don't return calls or emails, then change the rules of the game to suit their needs. I understand maybe a job might be too small, then post your minimums so we don't waste our time chasing you either. Just a bad experience.

Troy and team were great to work with and provided excellent service throughout the whole process. We encountered an issue with the roof that was completely outside of their control (due to a process by a previous roofer) and they worked with us until it was solved. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof!

Professional, quality, efficiency and effective, words are not enough how great job and closely they worked with me to straighten out issues and come up with solid plan and approach. I had a very unique situation and every communication I had with Troy/Eric was nothing short of me talking to my brother for guidance/direction (they were so honest, it blew my mind).

I worked with Zups around this time last year with the intention of getting a partial roofing job where I would be installing solar panels (and where the roof had been most worn due to sun exposure). Unlike other contractors that I contacted, Zups did not push for an unnecessary all-roof project, but instead took a holistic look at the house and pointed out some more pressing issues that they could resolve efficiently, both with respect to time and cost. The roof job they did looks great and the other issues have been resolved as well. Zups was reasonably priced, responsive (both on-site and via email), and professional. A year on, I'm still very happy with their work and will most definitely contract them again for any future projects.

Installed new roof. They did a great job. Took 5 hours for tear out, install and clean up. Communicated they were running late and gave good estimate of new arrival time.

Hiring Zups Construction was a great experience. We hired them to repair hail damage on our roof and the trim on our house. The are the only company that walked on our roof while giving us an estimate.
They were honest and trustworthy. They did more then I asked them to do and I would highly recommend Zups Construction to anyone.

My wife and I own a large childcare center in Blaine that received damage from one of the hail storms this summer. This was a large roof (over 150 square) and had to be done when the business was closed due to all of the children and parents. ZUPS completed the job over a weekend and I have yet to find a single nail left on the property. They corrected mistakes that the original installers had made 10 years ago. They were prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. Troy explained all of the intricacies of the project and it went off without a hitch. Troy, Eric, and Jeremy epitomize what a family owned small business is supposed to be.

Troy, Eric and Jeremy are the best. When all the roofing signs started popping up all over my street after the hail storm I called them to get an honest opinion. I had damage too and within weeks I had a new roof and gutters and also got some money for a damaged storm door, AC unit and to get the deck re-stained that I wasn't expecting. They do a great job and strive to take care of their customers. Its also nice that you get one of the owners on site during the job to make sure everything is done right unlike some of the larger companies where you have no idea who is going to be there. Don't go with the storm chasers, call Zups

After receiving 5 bids, I ended up hiring Zup's to roof my house. Everyone I talked with from this company was friendly and professional, and it made the whole experience really positive. Thank you for the estimate, the quality roofing job, clean up, and for keeping me updated throughout the process. I would hire these guys again without hesitation.

Just had my roof done on Tuesday. Troy, Eric, and Jeremy were excellent. My 23 square roof was completed in a single day, and just 8 days after Troy completed the quote. The guys worked with GAF to complete their program for "Master Certified Installers", qualifying me for GAF's "System Plus" warranty. The quality of the workmanship on my roof is top notch, and the price was exceptional. If your roof needs replacing, I highly recommend getting a quote from Zups, at minimum
