Zuppardos did a roof repair for me changed out some shingles that were lifted and a roof jack that was giving me issues. They were fast effcient and very thorough I highly recommend them

Starting the project for my fortified roof was delayed by the weather, but once the rain was no longer an issue the crew got here and worked diligently for about 11 hours to complete the job. The heat was brutal but the gang persisted and delivered a beautiful roof. Even the state inspector praised the roof. John delivered as promised and I'd recommend Zuppardo's Renovation for any improvement project you may have.

The owner Ross was knowledgeable and professional. The work was great and done in a timely manner. I would recommend this company and would use them again.

Zuppardos showed up on schedule, kept yard and bushes clear of debris-even though two days were windy. There was supervision (Danny) virtually all of the time and only had one small, justified modification, which still left me with a good price. Materials were premium and well installed with roof having a lot of complex intersections on back of house. There was a pretty severe thunderstorm a couple of weeks later and NO leaks. Very satisfied customer!

Won the fortified grant for a roof. Interviewed 3 different companies for a new roof. While Zuppardos renovations wasn’t the cheapest I felt the most comfortable in my gut. Zuppardo’s did a fine job of replacing my Katrina era roof with a fortified roof. I’d post pictures but all you’d see are solar panels. Yes, my nice new roof is covered up with ugly solar panels. Danny and his crew were respectful, quiet (except for the hammers), clean and friendly. We also had Ann, John and Ross on site at various times. Good people to work with. Most importantly, they showed up on time!

We had a few roof leaks from some storms. Ross was very professional and did a thorough assessment of our problem. Our quote came through promptly and once we accepted, they were able to schedule us right away. The guys did a great job, taking care of our property and cleaning up everything well. Ross and his crew did a great job with our fortified roof. Ross was easily accessible and came out to the house multiple times to make sure that we were fully informed of the process and knew exactly what we were getting. Danny, the project manager, was also on site during the replacement process to meet with the fortified evaluator and he checked in with me multiple times to give me a status update. They knocked it out promptly and for a reasonable price and they made sure everything was cleaned when they left. Ross came out the day after completion to make sure the work was satisfactory and the job site was clean. I went with them as they seemed like honest guys who would stand by their work and cared about their reputation.

Roof replacement for a fortified roof. Arrived on time and completed job in one day. A supervisor was on site the entire time. Any concerns were immediately addressed.

We used Zuppardo's for our exterior contractors through the fortified roof program, and also installation of vinyl siding.
Ross was very efficient explaining all the details of the fortified roof and the roof was removed and replaced in a day and a half.
when they started on the vinyl siding, they discovered there was significant damage to the frame of the house due to a window that was installed wrong previously. it was quicky communicated to us through Danny the damaged wood was replaced and the window reframed within two days. we are very happy with the work they have done.

We choose Zuppardos for our fortified roof and are so happy we went with them. We interviewed 10+ contractors before going with Zuppardos. They provided us a quote on spot and answered our questions. They didn’t up charge us for the slope of our roof, as some contractors do. They don’t use subcontractors.
I’ve had a lot of experience with residential contractors. Zuppardos is one of the only companies that I’ve seen keep commercial construction hours- they arrive early and stay late. Safety is a priority. The care and attention they gave my roof was outstanding. My roof replacement was literally painless. No surprise change orders, no unnecessary up charges. They use the coordinating shingle and underpayment system without upcharging for the matching products.

John Zuppardo's construction group were excellent. My side porch was rotten significantly due to flat roof leaking. They removed all rotten wood, reconstructed frame, placed an excellent roof on structure at correct pitch, replaced vinyl (better than original vinyl company), & placed gutters correctly for water drainage. His paint crew finished the job cosmetically. Beautiful job. John has integrity & honesty- someone you can trust to do your renovation/ repairs correctly.

Engaged Zuppardo's Renovations to help me with my LA Department of Insurance Fortified Roof Grant. From the start John Zuppardo met me at my home and thoroughly reviewed with me the criteria necessary to remove my old roof, prepare the roof deck, install a waterproof barrier and then the new shingles. All of this work is also monitored by an independent evaluator certified by the LA Department of Insurance. Work was completed in one day after getting approval and my cost was minimal since the majority of the price was covered by the Fortified Roof Grant. Also had them replace my gutters and the cost was very fair. Their cleanup from start to finish was perfect. Would recommend them for anyone needing roofing or gutters and their work ethic should translate to other contracting needs.

Ross and Danny were so awesome to work with! We are in love with our fence! It offered us the privacy we were looking for and the functionality of having our side door closed in our fence. The pups are enjoying their space and being able to just go right out!

I am pleased with the results. The company should take pride in their team's dedication to their craft.

However, I do have some constructive feedback. The business needs to improve their time management and communication skills throughout the project cycle. While customers, such as myself, may feel confident speaking with the owners (John Z. in my experience) to discuss their services, this confidence tends to diminish during the installation process due to delays and miscommunication.

As an external observer, I suggest the company consider having project management onsite. I hope Zuppardo's Renovations takes this feedback constructively and seeks to improve.

I contacted Zuppardo's based on a referral from another satisfied customer for siding and laundry room repairs to my ~2k sq ft traditional shot gun double. I have met all 3 owners at this point who walked me through my options on a grand scale, middle, and bottom tier based on my budget. They were able to complete so much more than I even expected (based on interactions with other contractors) and even helped with design elements as well as phase 2 when my budget allows. I now have the freshest house on the block with repaired/sanded siding, no wood wrought, and several quotes of paint to protect my investment. I reached out to zuppardos with the hopes that they would be able to help me. I came into a property that looked like it would never come back alive. I explained to zuppardos my situation and that the house needed a lot of work. I wasn’t sure if it was even salvageable.
The next day the supervisor came out to look at the property. The house needed a complete renovation.
Zuppardos and I came to an agreement and they started the following day with repairing the roof and replacing the shingles. I went to check on the progress that evening and they were completely finished with the roof. I was impressed. They moved on to the inside. The inside need sheet rock work, all walls needed to be repainted as well as the cabinets and all the flooring needed to be pulled up and lay down new flooring.
