True craftsmanship is hard to find these days, but these guys nailed it. The work was outstanding, clean, precise, and clearly done with care. James walked me through the entire process, explained what needed to be done, and outlined the steps to get a fortified roof. He stayed in touch throughout. Even the roof evaluator was impressed. Absolutely worth every penny! I can’t stress enough how happy I am that I chose them.

James and his crew did an excellent job re-roofing our house. When James came to do the estimate, he fully explained the options including a Fortified roof which is what we selected. There was never any pressure or effort to up sell us. I got three estimates for the job and James was the best. Before they started, they covered our slate terrace, French doors, pool, backyard decking, etc. to protect them during the process. The crew was highly skilled, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. The finished roof looks great! They left the area around my house spotless. No trash, no nails, no shingle pieces, or shingle grit. These pictures were taken 10 minutes after they left and you can see how clean it is. It was an all around professional execution and I highly recommend this company.

I can’t recommend James with Home Pros enough. He’s very knowledgeable, honest, and he and his crew take great care to make sure your roof is installed properly and everything is cleaned up as if they were never there. We got the fortified grant so he knew exactly what was required to make sure we were in compliance. Also, he’s the only company I know of that uses the nets system to protect your garden, which was very important to me. You are in great hands with Home Pros!

We called James to come check out what appeared to be a lifted shingle after the storm. He confirmed that it was only a loose gutter bracket which he set back in place. We love our new fortified roof. Our insurance company gave us a 1 month notice to get s new roof and James easily made it happen for us. He already knew everything the insurance company wood need. He provided all of the pictures and paperwork that this insurance company needed. Everything went through perfectly with one submission. James and his crew were on time, curteous, and finished and cleaned up in a day. James was not the cheapest option I found to get my roof done. However, he was the only one that did everything he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. I never had to chase him down for anything. I had lots of questions when I was searching for a roofer. He always took my calls and answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgable about dealing with insurance companies and he knows what they are looking for. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. James was very patient with explaining to me my dozens of questions, including how a roofing system works. He told me problems we might incur, which we didn't, but it was nice to have a heads up and be prepared. The job was scheduled soon after signing contract. My fortified roof was completed in one day (even after a rain delay), and the grounds were cleaned up well afterwards. He is still responsive and answering the occasional question and getting me what I need for my homeowners credit. No complaints.

My experience with HOME PROS ROOFING was one of total satisfaction ! From consult to the completion this company showed true professionalism. Every detail was addressed regarding my existing roof and I was given all the information, on the spot, of what had to be done. Although I couldn't get on their books immediately, Mr. Angelica returned to my home HIMSELF and made temporary repairs that he felt would be detrimental (if left unaddressed) due to severe thunderstorms that were coming in the days ahead. That is what I call "integrity." Once the job began, his crew worked diligently . . . even through continuous thunderstorms . . . to do their work and get the job done. I can't recommend James with Home Pros Roofing enough. Him and his team came out to fix a problem another roofer did. They replaced shingles and ice and water shield and thought this was the key to my leaky roof. When the rain came 2 days later, and it was still leaking I called James, he didn't hesitate he came out and scheduled a day for them to trouble shoot the problem. After quite a few hours they found the problem and fixed it. My roof is no longer leaking because of the time they took to figure out the problem. Thank you James!

Home pros recently replaced my roof, this crew was very professional. They had my old roof ripped off and replaced in two days, they used a good quality synthetic felt and Owens Corning Duration shingles. If you’re looking for good quality work I’d highly recommend using home pros!
