I've contracted Lonewolf Roofing to complete my fortified roof. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. The crew was friendly, efficient and worked nonstop to complete the roof in one day. We worked with Lone Wolf to replace our roof. We ended up contracting them for nearly an entire backyard renovation. They’ve redone our roof decking and roof, demo’d a shed, replaced our windows (including reframing some awkward windows), and have redone our siding. Due to the high quality, they’ll be coming back and building a patio.

Everything was done efficiently, with care, and as unobtrusively as possible. They were flexible and able to work through some unexpected things that happened through out. They went around the house with magnets to gather fallen nails, and cleaned up as if they weren't here after it was finished.

Everyone was very upfront and polite. Working with them on my projects felt really collaborative, which was awesome. They worked with me to make sure that we were happy at every decision point, and their suggestions have only made things look better!

Hired the company in early May 2025 to renovate a small shed at mother's residence. Team arrived and completed the work timely and we are pleased with the results, but three weeks later, I am still trying to obtain a "Paid in Full" receipt from the company after numerous texts messages & emails with Dylan and Daniel. Workmanship is great; administrative actions need improvement.

The Wolf came and took charge! I was having trouble in my garage attic and they came quickly to install a whirlybird. I can now use the attic efficiently. Great price also!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting a quote and using Lone Wolf.

Eric punch sold me the deal of a lifetime soffit facia metal gable reveal under my carpirt and pirchs sidding for the best quote of of 3 competitors and on top of that backed by a lifetime warranty wich is literally worth the entire quote by itsepf in my opinion if u pass up on lone wolf u pass up alot of future benifits with there warranty noone else offers that kind of warranty literally unheard of so if u need a selling point there it is and dont think twice about it

Lone Wolf was exceptional. They communicated clearly the whole time. They came out and answered all of my questions and came up with solutions for everything. All of the materials that they used look high quality and durable. They explain to me exactly what was happening why we were having a leak and laid out all of my options for repair clearly. After the repair, they quality tested their solution they even called me after the following rainstorm to ensure that the solution was perfect. It was honestly a very easy process and we are really happy with the outcome. We would recommend them, and we will use them again in the future.

Following Hurricane Ida, our roof, soffit, and facia needed replacing and we contracted with Lone Wolf Roofing. Not only was the LWR team courteous and efficient, our property was left spotless when the job was completed. More recently, we discovered a minor issue and reached out to Dylan. The next day, LWR came out to look at the roof and took care of it the day after. All I can say is how blessed we feel to have chosen Lone Wolf Roofing. I spoke with someone regarding an estimate. We agreed for the man to come to my home on Saturday December 14th at 10 AM. To my disappointment, the man I spoke with never showed up. He also did not give me a call to inform me that he wouldn’t be available for our agreed appointment. This incident was unprofessional.

Nothing but great things to say about this company. Woke up in the morning with a hole in my roof from an unknown leak. Within 3 hours our roof was trapped and we had estimated the next morning to begin the repair. Dylan is an upstanding man and the company provides top tier service.

Wow! As a senior adult I’m very cautious of businesses taking advantage of the elderly. This company was stupendous. From the sales person Daniel Smith to the crew that came and made my home like new it was a wonderful experience.

I have never had a worse experience with a contractor or any business for that matter. Lone Wolf installed our gate for us and it is still under warranty. The gate completely stopped functioning four months ago. My husband and I have called, emailed, and facebooked messaged them. We have tried every form of communication and have been completely ignored. When they do answer, they claim they will come look at the gate the next day and never show. Do not use this company for anything.

We saw one of Lone Wolf’s work Trucks near our home so we contacted them to give us a price on some siding repairs. We Ended up changing our Roof and upgrading to Hardie Siding on our house. The Experience was great and we will use them again. They had a manager named Ed that was on the job the entire project communicating with the guys, my husband and I and our Salesman. Dylan with Lone Wolf made the process easy. I sent an email, received a response shortly after and the next day work began and was completed. There were lots of options that I did not expect but I felt guided through the process. The team on-site was friendly. Overall, the roof looks great! I would 100% use again. This is the 2nd project they have completed on my house.

On October 8, 2023, our church signed a contract with Lone Wolf Renovations and put half of our payment down, which was $9,000 for a black aluminum fence to be installed around our church property. As of May 10, 2024, no work has been done.

I'd like to state that I am a pastor of the church and really take no joy in giving a negative review to anyone. Lone Wolf actually built a wooden fence for us last summer that we were pleased with and the one time I met with Dylan Manale in person, I enjoyed meeting with him.

However, I need to leave a negative review for the following reasons. First, any expenses made by our church comes from the charitable giving of its members, which is currently a small congregation of about a hundred people in the Gentilly neighborhood. It is my job to make sure their charitable gifts are honored and not taken advantage of. Secondly, if bad business is being done in our city, I want to expose it so that others can avoid what we are going through. Thirdly, Lone Wolf Renovations brands themselves with "Keep Christ in Construction '', this is at least what the sticker says on the wooden fence they completed at our property. I don't know what they mean by that, but I imagine integrity and love of neighbor would be some of the primary values for any company trying to honor Christ in their work. Now, I don't claim to perfectly represent Christ as a pastor, nor would I say our church is perfect in such pursuits, but if we claim such things as Christians, then we need to be held accountable when we bring disrepute to the name of Christ.

All the events that follow here are a summary from a text thread between myself and Dylan Manale since February 20, 2024. They do not include earlier pursuits by another pastor, which dated from November 7th, 2023 to January 24th, 2024.

At the end of February, Dylan from Lone Wolf Renovations stated that they had experienced major material issues, which had prevented them from doing any work. On March 6, 2024, Dylan asked if the next Wednesday would work to which I responded yes. This made me presume that they had materials now since they were trying to schedule a time to install the fence. I messaged Dylan on March 12th to make sure they were coming out the next day, but he did not message me back and they never showed up to do the work.

On March 22, 2024, our board of elders decided that we wanted the church to be refunded the $9,000 down payment. Dylan promptly messaged me back that day and said they have the material and plan to install on the next Thursday. Lone Wolf did not show up to provide work on Thursday, March 28, 2024. I gave Lone Wolf a couple of days, and then contacted Dylan and stated that if Lone Wolf has materials, but is providing our church no work, then it is clear that we are not a priority to them and would like to be refunded our down payment.

After Lone Wolf did not show up on Thursday, March 28th, they never responded to texts from me so I had our former General Contractor contact Dylan on April 5th, 2024. Dylan told the General Contractor that they would be out to do work at the "latest of next week." Dylan even stated on Thursday, April 11 2024 that the delivery truck "is bringing material on your site Wednesday."

On Sunday, April 21, I gave a first quarter financial report to our congregation as I am accountable as one of their pastors on the spending of the church. I updated them on the situation with Lone Wolf. As one can imagine, one member was upset with the update and left a negative review for Lone Wolf on Google. Dylan immediately messaged me with a screenshot of the review and said the job will be done by Friday, which would have been April 26,2024. I responded telling Dylan that I would have the member remove the review (which they did), and I asked him again to refund us.

We do not want any work from Lone Wolf Renovations. We just want them to honor our church by refunding us the $9,000 we paid up front.

Lone Wolf is the perfect example of a reliable, professional and detail oriented service company. I used them to put siding on my house a year ago, and it looks awesome. This past week they came and repair/replaced shingles on a roof that was installed previously by a very unprofessional contractor. I will use them in the near future to install gutters.

Dylan helped me out in an emergency with a same day turnaround and was on top of communication the whole time. I definitely recommend Lone Wolf

Although my work order was quite challenging, Dylan & the welder Theo were able to get the job done. I’m rating the business a 4 mainly because of the time it took with starting the job, not having an iron guy & 5 for the completed iron work. Dylan was transparent regarding the major delays in letting me know they were no longer taking iron work, although I was informed a few months after signing the contract. I can honestly say, Dylan kept his word about completing the job in a timely manner once started. The end results are great and he stuck with me and didn’t leave you hanging?

Had some leaks in my roof, lone wolf came out next day after we talked and fixed them. Fast and easy to deal with.

Five stars! I phoned a few different businesses, and Lone Wolf was the only one that was willing to speak with us.

I got my new roof back in August. It’s beautiful. And no leaks. Lonewolf was very patient with me in scheduling the date to have it placed. And they got the job done quick. We had several bad storms since my roof was placed and no issues.

Paid a significant deposit in April 2023 for an iron fence. After paying the deposit I did not hear anything from the company. I made many attempts via phone and email to schedule the project, most without any response. I was told twice when I did get a hold of someone that they might come on a specific week over the summer, but, nobody showed up that week, and there was no subsequent contact from the company.
In October 2023 I contacted the BBB. I did hear from the owner then, who assured me of a refund of my deposit given my distrust for the company at this point given their lack of communication. It has now been another 4 weeks and I am no longer hearing back from the owner and am having to look into legal options for receiving my deposit back.
As of today Lone Wolf Renovations is no longer BBB accredited per the BBB website.
I typically do not write any online reviews, but felt that others needed to be aware to proceed with caution before giving any funds to this company.

UPDATE 4/25/24: My husband and I have been in frequent communication with the owner of Lone Wolf, and we have agreed upon a plan to build my fence, which will include the full amount paid for my deposit. The owner is also working with us on the overall cost to make it more reasonable than previously determined, which is greatly appreciated. I plan to update/remove this review once the fence has been completed to satisfaction and all financials are resolved.

UPDATE 7/12/24: Communications have fallen through. We have not been refunded our significant deposit and our fence has not been started. In hindsight it seems that the owner was contacting me to try to get me to take down this review but may have not had intentions of actually starting the job. We remain unrefunded for our significant initial deposit, and we will now have to resort to other methods at this point to retrieve our funds back. Lone Wolf Renovations remains unprofessional and untrustworthy. My lesson learned is to not rely solely on Google reviews when choosing a contractor; this is why I feel so strongly that I leave my review in place to try to protect others in the community from going through what I have.

I would not use this company again. I'd pay extra for a company and crew that know what they're doing. Unfortunately this company does not. First they installed my railings wrong by mounting the new railings directly to my concrete porch drilling multiple holes that didn't need to be there. Then after confronting them about this they told me that's how it should be done. In my opinion it should have been welded to my existing wrought iron columns on my porch. After I told them what should have been done they told me welding actually costs more money than the extra feet of hollow iron they used ... I think that is BS. Now it's been only 5-6 months since they installed the railings and they are already rusting as shown in the pictures. I don't know what kind of paint or "iron" they used but I would not be surprised if my railings didn't last 5 years or less from this company. I would never recommend this company.

Update: You'll see a comment from I'm guessing the owner below on my review from a month ago but I was never contacted by any of them. I'll be sanding and repainting the rails myself to make sure they do not rust any further.
