Zupan builders did an amazing job for us re imaging an old bathroom space when we bought our home. The team was always on time, courteous, and amazingly talented. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high level of craftsmanship and an even higher level service.

We used Zupan Building Contractors to renovate and add on to our existing property in Higganum, CT, we took a 4 bedroom 2 bath house and turned it into a 6 bedroom 6 bath house with 3 distinct living areas. At the time we were living in Virginia so everything was done via phone/email or Instagram. We worked with their designer to come up with a plan and we broke ground on August 1, 2023. They used Instagram to post pictures so we could see all the progress that they were making along the way. We moved into our newly renovated and finished home on July 1, 2024. The entire contracting team was wonderful to work with from the builders, electricians, plumbers, HVAC you name it everyone was so helpful and easy going. Tom and his sons answered any and all questions and were readily available to us throughout this building/remodeling project. We would highly recommend Zupan Building Contractors for any and all of your building needs.

Zupan builders did an amazing job on our difficult siding and roofing project for our 100 year old cottage that has been in our family for 5 generations.
